TONI&GUY Canterbury

I spoke to the stylist ***** and explained what I wanted, and showed a picture. It was achievable with my hair type and not too drastic . She however cut it three inches shorter than what I requested. The cut was awful. I was devastated and in tears. I just wanted to get out and the manager, when ***** brought her over, just wanted my money . I showed her what I had asked for and she told me to let them know if I wasn’t happy in a few days....er, unless my hair grows 3 inches in the next 2 days I am pretty unlikely to be happy! It was an awful experience and the stylist can’t cut hair.

As always excellent service and lots of friendly chat as well as a great hair cut. Although I do think I’m getting a little old for the loud music

I arrived a little late but was warmly welcomed. After a short discussion with my stylist Lee I was treated to THE BEST wash and massage by Alfie. I left the salon in an improved mood ready to enjoy a long weekend away. My Tony and Guy reward card also gave me a half price bill.my visit couldn't have been better.

A lovely experience. A warm welcome when I arrived. My hair stylist, Megan, was creative and professional..... fully recommended. Hair wash and massage was relaxing. Left feeling pampered and happy.

Very pleased with my cut and blow dry today.

I paid £40 to end up looking like a foot soldier. The lady who cut my hair was lovely and reception was good but the end result wasent what I asked for. I expect an amazing hair cut for that asking price.

This is my new go to hair salon. Staff are very experienced. They are honest with you and also listen. Cut and colour is outstanding. They are not afraid to try something different to ensure you look amazing and unique.
Price is what you should expect for the service provided.

I have been using Toni and guy Canterbury for years.... consistently high standards keep me coming back along with friendly staff, good coffee and a great head massage. Staff always seem very happy to be there, a really well run salon.

Overall a good experience but hefty price increase difficult to understand

I have been using Toni and Guy for my hair for over 20 years...that must say something; and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Another great cut by Ringo. He’s been cutting my hair & my families hair for the best part of 10 years.

Both Ringo and Andy are amazing hairdresser and colourist respectively. They do a brilliant job and I walk out on cloud 9/ on top of the world. They are both great, professional and give me and my hair fantastic results. I am so pleased that I found them - I’ve been a client at T&G for at least 10 years. Super, great, lovely, wonderful, amazing. Cannot thank them enough.

Just had my haircut by Emily and it turned out perfect. Emily was friendly and did an excellent job on my hair.

Been coming for as long as I can remember. Doesn’t matter who, everyone is always a professional friend and the work is always top notch. I especially like the iPhone chargers that have been put in. Zane (I hope I’ve spelt it right) is a new add to the team but I’m loving his work and will come back to him especially. Great work guys!
