I have always hated going to the hairdresser and still tend to space out my appointments as much as I can, but Chelsie is always fun and makes them as pleasant as they can be! I have never had a bad haircut with her and she always does a brilliant job. I also like the atmosphere in the salon - lively, friendly and relaxed, never at all intimidating.

Lovely welcome on arrival and Annie was very friendly and knowledgable.
It was my first visit to a hair stylist in a while but I was immediately put at ease.
The complimentary drinks were presently beautifully and a nice touch.
I am very happy with the service. Meg, Chelsie, kind receptionist and the entire team always makes me feel welcome. Atmosphere is relaxed. Great choice of products and they never ask or advertise you to buy something. I am ash type Eastern European blonde, and the highlights always done with great care and result looks natural. I always feel listened. Good value compared to saloon I used to go in London.
Had a lovely experience as always with Jess. She always makes the experience enjoyable and understands my hair. She was particularly patient with me today when I was undecided about the length I wanted!
