I have been a client of the Salon for a lot of years and have never had a bad experience always first class service.
Louise took over my appointment at the last minute as my original stylist was unwell. Louise listened to my thoughts about how short I wanted my hair and what sort of styles. She explained what would work with my hair type and why, then talked through every step of styling as she went. Louise was so informative and made sure I was happy with the length before she moved on to styling. Such a lovely lady, I would highly recommend.
My stylist was ill and so I had the faversham manager who was so wonderful, really understood my curly hair and was lovely and chatty. Super service!!
Bexx is always tip- top . She is so precise from start to finish.
I could not give her higher points . Had her for about 15 years now!!!

I had a really good experience with my first visit to Stone in Canterbury. Chelsie listened carefully to what I wanted and to the concerns I had about whether my hair would suit a change of hairstyle. She made some great suggestions and talked me through each stage. I felt confident to ask her about anything I was unsure of and knew she would listen.
Overall it was a great experience and I was really pleased with the cut of my new hairstyle.
I would recommend a visit to Chelsie at Stone to anyone looking for an experienced, excellent hair stylist who really listens, in a bright, open welcoming salon.
As am growing my hair from short to long and this would be my first trim after 7 months I was reassured by Paige from consultation and throughout. I felt really pampered and was delighted with the end result. My hair is not so disconnected anymore and has style! Am looking forward to coming back in a few weeks to see her again. Thank you 😊
I ve been coming to have my hair done at Stone for at least twenty years. I ve had a variety of their top stylists, and apprentices transform my locks into blondeness. I always have many compliments and have always been impressed by the professionialism at Stone. I wouldnt go anywhere else

This was my second curly cut with Claire and it was truly excellent. Claire was so lovely and really listened to my hair concerns and what I wanted. It was very relaxing and not rushed at all. Very happy with the results. My only negative is the price. Not something I can afford often enough unfortunately.

I have been with Stones for several years and have had excellent results from Bexx, Claire and today Jess. The stylists work as a team cooperatively together so advise each other and make sure all notes are up to date. I couldn’t make my original appointment with Claire who advised me to book with Jess - we had an excellent consultation where she took care to understand what I wanted and absolutely delivered. The great thing is that being such a team orientated salon means I have more than one option of my usual stylist isn’t available. Really first class.

I have always hated going to the hairdresser and still tend to space out my appointments as much as I can, but Chelsie is always fun and makes them as pleasant as they can be! I have never had a bad haircut with her and she always does a brilliant job. I also like the atmosphere in the salon - lively, friendly and relaxed, never at all intimidating.

Lovely welcome on arrival and Annie was very friendly and knowledgable.
It was my first visit to a hair stylist in a while but I was immediately put at ease.
The complimentary drinks were presently beautifully and a nice touch.
I am very happy with the service. Meg, Chelsie, kind receptionist and the entire team always makes me feel welcome. Atmosphere is relaxed. Great choice of products and they never ask or advertise you to buy something. I am ash type Eastern European blonde, and the highlights always done with great care and result looks natural. I always feel listened. Good value compared to saloon I used to go in London.
