Was in today for cut and colour with Jodie. Delighted with results. All staff so friendly and welcome and always a great atmosphere

Steph listened to what I wanted and did a great job both colouring and cutting my hair. I'll be back.

First time I went, the colour job on my hair was good, including the cut, so booked again. All staff are plesent but felt they are fitting to many people in, time management not good, rushing around! and abit disorganised. The end result was not as expected, the colour was dull and the cut wasn't the best either. I felt it was rushed. For booking or enquiries their automated service is a pain! it's a nuisance call line! You ready need to go into the salon for booking. I won't be going back.
I'm sorry to hear you had not the best experience with us at Hair Therapy the last time you had an appointment. We appreciate customers feedback greatly and this will help us a lot in the future. Novemeber/December are are busiest months so we do understand things can look a bit hectic in the salon around this time and we do take on alot of bookings tp try our hardest to accommodate everyone around this time of year. We have took on two apprentice' s so that is helping a lot with the basics of answering the phone and organisation around the salon. We are very sorry you were not to happy with your colour and if you would ever like to come back to possibly have another in-depth consultation about your colour with more time perhaps we could get the perfect colour and cut for you!!. Friendly staff. Wonderful service. Great value for money. Hair Styling Is excellent. Colour is brilliant. I always feel fantastic when Im there getting my hair done. Feel that I look great when I go out. Have complete strangers complimenting me on my hair and appearance when I’m walking in the street. Breath of fresh air to go to a salon where the staff are lovely and seem happy to be there. Jodie did a great job of my hair - thank you. Only downside is that i think the prices online haven't been updated? Really happy with my cut though, and will go back there.

Visited salon to get wedding hair done. Friendly staff and a nice salon.
Sadly both mine and my friends hair werent great. Both styles were flat a few hours later.
It was obvious the salon were mega short staffed. The stylist specialised in vintage hair and not wedding hair - therein lies the problem.
Hopefully a one off experience due to short staffing.
