Katie is a perfectionist- very thorough. She was helped today by Morag. Very welcoming salon - Angela at the front desk always gives a cheery welcome.

As always I love what Linda has done to my hair.

I suffer from a health condition that I have been on medication which has affected my hair and made it fine. I went to several hair salons to try to find a stylist who could colour and style my hair and help me achieve a style which made me feel less subconscious about my hair but to no avail, until I went to hair directory and Katie. She listened to me and did not hurry me, then advised me on the colour and cut that would make my hair look thicker. When my hair was finished I felt a million dollars no longer do I feel worried about how I look as Katie continues to style my hair every 4 weeks. I love going there as Linda and her team are so friendly and genuinely care for how you feel and how you look. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. I would go nowhere else as I have found the best salon with a fabulous stylist. Thank you Katie and thank you girls for all your hard work and excellent service.

A new experience for my granddaughter in the lovely, friendly salon, and a very happy girl after her brilliant haircut.

My first visit to the salon and was made to feel very relaxed and welcome like I'd been before. Linda listened to what I asked for and I am delighted with my haircut! Returning again for colour and looking forward to it.

Love my hairdo and colour , because of lockdown it had grown to a longer length than usual, and I wasn't sure what to do with it. I have kept the length and it's beautifully cut and coloured, so different from my short style. The friendly greeting and chat from all the girls make you feel welcome. Thank you all lovely ladies.

I have curly hair so no everyone know how to brush and cut my hair.
Lorraine from Hair Directory is absolutely perfect. I could just sit and relax while Lorraine cut my hair.
During I ask for recommendations about conditioners and oils. I did get good advice and recommendations.
I leave the salon so happy and satisfied with all, my hair cut and product for my hair.

I had the best and most relaxing experience getting a much needed cut and colour after lockdown.
Lorraine always does my colours to perfection and cuts my hair so well. Her and all the other ladies there ensured I felt looked after very well.
Such a spacious salon also means distancing is no issue and the whole salon is well set up for this.

First visit to salon and Ashley. Really lovely environment which felt very safe and clean in the current climate. Ashley was lovely and professional and Linda was brilliant. Would definitely recommend. Thank you all.

What an amazing experience. My hair looks fabulous. The colour is exactly what I asked for and Linda is always so professional. The whole team is working really hard to keep everything clean and sanitized.
