A fantastic visit - Kaitlyn is a superb stylist / colourist - she really listens and wants to know how I have found my hair from the previous visit - we mixed things up a little to day with the cut and colour and I couldn’t be happier - I walked out feeling fabulous
Toni was able to 'read my mind' during my consultation and the result was outstanding - for both cut and colour as it is not easy to on-board a new demanding customer, blend what is already there and manage a seamless look which is long-lasting. Toni's friendliness, attentiveness and speed made the time fly by. A shout should also go to the Salon Manager (who managed my first enquiry and booking and Tabbi (who washed my hair) - both also so friendly and professional which complemented the wonderful experience. I will return.
