I've been attending for nearly a year. Today was my first experience of having a very rude receptionist welcome me by saying 'I was just calling you'. Yes I was about 10 minutes late but if they knew their client well ( and why wouldn't they as both myself and my husband are frequent users) then they would understand how many miles I drive to reach the salon. Working with the NHS is a tough job. I was faced by 3-4 staff members as I walked in- made to feel like a burden. My parting service was just uneventful and forcefully had to make discussion with the colourist. Once she had put the dye on, was left all alone upstairs whilst clearly downstairs there was alot of socialing going on.
After 40 minutes, a different lady came to wash my hair, then took me down. It was the most boring trip to the salon I've ever had! Maybe my money would be best given some place else. Very disappointed with the service. Worse thing is that I can hone and after checking the result, saw that there was no proper coverage as there should've been. That was the icing on the cake! Back to google search for another aveda salon.
