I can genuinely say THC in Hitchin is the one place I trust completely with my hair. Lovely stylists, very easy to chat to but also great knowledge for what is best for your personal hair needs and I never feel nervous about the outcome. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I'm so pleased with my haircut and finish today. I'm trying to grow my hair longer to shoulder length and grow out old lifeless colour. My hair is cut every 8 weeks beautifully and a style is beginning to take shape, thanks to my stylist, Chynna.

Needed a bit of a reshape and cut. But now its cut I cannot do anything with it - ive tried many different ways of styling and it doesn't sit right at all.

So reliable. Always enjoy.

This was my first visit to THC.They were recommended by my daughter (who's very particular).Very professional approach and welcome.Staff might just take onboard that new customers are probably very nervous as they may be on the search after a 'not so wonderful ' experience with past hairdressers.Anyway,after a discussion on my hair, needs etc Jordon showed her craftsmanship and knowledge on My tresses.Outcome excellent, nerves abated and repeat visit booked.Lots of compliments on my healthy looking hair.And my confidence boosted.Thankyou THC ,Hitchin.

Quite impressed with how Sophie did my trial hair up, she made me feel so welcome as I do not come from Hitchin. Also, the young lady helpful Sophie was very nice. My family liked the way Sophie styled my hair.

I've had the worst salon experience of my life. Receptionist seemed annoyed that i wanted to book an appointment even though I didn't ask for a particular day or time. Seemed annoyed to see me when I went for my haircut, no smiling, no greeting, scoffed when I had to look up the name of the stylist I had a appointment with (I was a first time customer). I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and walked out with something incredibly different. I hated the haircut and went back the next day only for the very argumentative salon owner to make it much much worse. Apprently the initial haircut I showed them wouldn't work with my hair even though I asked specifically if that wpuld be the case. I'm in tears, I have never felt so ugly or self conscious in my life. I am going to have to spend another £50 somewhere else to get this mess fixed. I am never setting foot in this awful place again.

Have been having my hair cut with Jordan since the autumn of 2016. She always cuts/styles it just how I like it. Perfect service very happy!

I needed a new hairdresser and found THC and liked the reviews on the net. I met with Sophie, very professional, we went through my hair type and style that would suit me and my life style. The cut was carried out with care and precision. The wash was lovely, loved the massage chair. Being a busy mum I felt the whole experience a real treat. Love the Aveda products. Walked out feeling a million dollars.

Sarah is great, my colour looks fresh and natural, she always takes her time and doesn't rush. Aisling blow dryer my hair and it looks great. A great experience every time.

The lovely Sophie cut my hair. She put a lot of thought in to it and listened to what i wanted. She took a lot of care cutting my hair. Oh and the chairs you sit in to have your hair washed are massage chairs! All for the least expensive cut i've ever had.

Whilst looking for a good hairdresser in Hitchin I checked out the THC reviews online, They were all amazing so I decided to book for a cut and blow dry. The reviews definitely lived up to expectations.

My stylist, Jenny, discussed with me in detail how I wanted my hair styled and showed me pictures of hairstyles that would suit me.

I am so pleased with the finished result. Jenny is a brilliant at cutting and styling and very professional.

Excellent service, as usual. Jordan understands the problems with my hair, and cuts it beautifully each time. She is also genuinely interested in me and remembers previous conversations - unlike a lot of hairdressers who talk to customers without actually listening to responses.

Sophie took time to check what I wanted, having not cut my hair before. She made suggestions for improvement and spent time getting the cut and blow dry right. Loved the massage chair and Aveda products. Good service has converted me to be a future customer.

Jordan is an exceptional hairdresser who I trust implicitly. I trust her so much that I will often suggest to her that she does what she thinks is best for my hair, rather than me dictating what I'd like. I have not been let down by this approach!

Had my hair coloured by Sarah and cut by Sophie today, really pleased with it. My hair looks healthy and shiny again, good cut and colour. Will definitely return if colour lasts without fading and hair is easy to style at home.

I had Sarah do my hair colour and it's great. She's fab and did a very very good job. I can't recommend her enough.

My daughter (aged 14) attended the salon with mum in tow. Minutes into the appointment my daughter came over faint hot & started to blackout. The girls in the salon were brilliant with glass of water & gentle talking. The situation got progressively worse, so the girls very quickly made another appointment for the next day & aided us out of the salon (no worries about making a payment) I'm pleased to say after discussions with the doctor my daughter is feeling good. I joined her in 2 appointments at the salon with with Sophie & Jordan. Both girls did 2 great cuts & showed such compassion, we will definitely go back. Thank you girls.

Had a lovely experience. My 12 year old daughter and I had our appointments at the same time; my daughter with Sophie and me with Jenny. They sat us next to each other which I thought was very sweet. I am so happy to have found THC! An Aveda salon is a must for me as their products are mostly not tested on animals. In all other ways the experience exceeds expectations - always a fantastic colour and cut from the highly professional team. Also a great experience with a really friendly,pampered feeling on every visit. Shazia and Sarah are a winning combination! Highly recommend.
