Lovely haircut with Maggie this morning! She was bothered about what I wanted rather than just chopping away which was so refreshing. She made me feel completely at ease and was so lovely.

I’ve been using Thc since it opened in hitchin. Always love the atmosphere and service provided by them.

I thoroughly enjoy my visits to this hairdresser. I’m reassured that the products they use are as ‘chemical free’ as possible. The staff are friendly and my stylist did an excellent job colouring and cutting my hair. She listened to what I wanted and had good suggestions.

I've never had a bad experience here and I've been going for many years now. My colourist is very knowledgeable and the colour always looks so natural. And my hair is always cut to perfection. A very happy customer.

I go every week for wash and blow dry. Fantastic products. Jane washes hair well. Not tickle it but gives it a proper wash. Walk out feeling a million $$$!!

I had my colour done by Sarah and a cut by Chynna. I have to say Sarah is exceptional and really listened and gave me such a gorgeous colour. I have an enormous amount of respect for her. The same goes for Chynna - who always cuts my hair. Thank you ladies!

I have been using The Hairdrrssing Company since it opened (6 years) for regular cut and colour with Maggie and always have a great experience. There is no where else in Hitchin I would go.

Every time I visit the saloon, I get seen straight away, everyone is very friendly and I cone out with a good hair cut. That is what I call excellent service.

Booked a consultation with stuyallust and colourist. The latter couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. I came in to town especially for my consultation and the styslist didn’t appear AT ALL! No apology just a message with the receptionist to say she was too busy with another client. Certainly two halves and the stylist let the side down badly. Shocking for customer relations. The very least she could have come and explained or apologised. She put the colourist and receptionist in a very embarrassing situation and someone needs to have a word with her. Would have been 5 stars but for that. A shame.

The hairdresser just wet my hair in the sink she said that is considered as hair wash and they charged me for having my hair wet before cut.

Found this strange and rip off .
I won’t go back.
