Great cut , great colour & as always really happy.

My stylist was great as usual but the overall experience was not very nice. The receptionist didn't greet me or even look at me, although she did manage to tell me I was 10 minutes early. The person who brought me the gown didn't offer to help me put it on. I actually asked the shampooist whether the salon had brought in a new silent treatment policy perhaps in response to complaints about the usual type of chat. However, she assured me that they were all very tired because of the run up to Xmas. My point is that most people like to feel nurtured when they go to the hairdressers. If it wasn't for the stylist I would be looking round for a more welcoming salon

I walked into the salon hoping for a wet trim as I had no appointment. I was overwhelmed by the ambience and amazing customer service. Sophie was wonderful and took so much time ensuring the cut was exactly as I wanted. A superb experience which I will definitely be repeating. Thank you, Ruth

Great salon. I enjoy the back massaging hair wash chairs and the music. Hannah is my regular hairdresser and I love how she does my hair and picks up on whether I'm feeling chatty or not

Stylist worked hard creating lots of fine highlights. The colour effect is good but the process including cut and blow dry was so slow 3 and a half hours! Also salon decor looking tired

Another great cut and blow dry by Wayne.. I love everything about THC Hitchin. The atmosphere, the music and staff.

Esther took her time to make sure she knew what I wanted and I was really pleased with the result. The only thing that wasn't so great is the amount of hair that ended up stuck in my shirt. Usually that doesn't happen as other hairdressers tuck a towel into the collar of the gown. That said, I would recommend a haircut here.

Amazing colour and cut as always

Esther loves her work. She listened to my needs and we discussed her suggestions. I loved my cranial massage during the shampoo. She was very focused on my haircut and the result was fabulous. The salon was clean and neat and overall treatment was brilliant.

I’ve been a client for about 18 months now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, products used are great quality, Wayne asks and listens to what I want to do each time and without fail he always gets it right.

I cannot tell you how great it was to get an appointment with Sophie.
I have really difficult hair. I’m convinced she has magic in those fingers!
She listens. Knows what my hair is and is not capable of doing.
Super knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
After 2 years of no one any where being able to control my hair. She’s made it look amazing. I’m so happy and feel great.
The salon is welcoming and friendly. Has a relaxing and unhurried environment.
5 minutes after walking out the salon and a lady randomly said she wished she had my hair ❤️

In safe hands as always

Wayne always takes to time to listen and talk through what it is I want my hair to look like each time. It always looks lovely afterwards. I can style it at home nearly as good as him. That’s down to a great cut!
I love the massage chair while I’m having my hair washed but miss a head massage that I’ve had in previous salons!
