I only had a wash, blowdry and style but I was chuffed with the results, the young lady really took her time and done a lovely job. First time I've been to this salon but I'll definitely be returning.

Professional, friendly team; beautiful products and an amazing cut or colour every time for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Hitchin and must have recommended this place to more than 20 people who all go too.

Went in for a wash and cut with Chynna. She was brilliant, taking time to discuss the cut before washing and how to deal with my awkward cow lick at the front! Really pleased with the result. Have booked in for another appointment.

Had my hair stripped of the red I had in it 6 weeks ago and it was done really well. This time , when I called to book in I was told I needed a tint regrowth this time and it would cost £35. It transpired I had the colour put through and when I went to pay I was told it would cost £55. This should have been explained before I had my hair done. If that’s what it cost, fair enough, but tell me. The colour wasn’t nearly as good this time. Much too dark. Not impressed when the person washing my hair left me twice to answer the phone. Very unprofessional all round and disappointing after my first visit.

I was unfortunately late for my appointment, I of course apologized, but the staff did everything they could to re schedule my colour for me , they will not compromise other people’s appointments . Maggie my hairdresser came down and spoke to me as soon as I arrived and still gave a consultation before cutting and blow drying my hair.
All the staff at Hitchin are friendly and welcoming and the products they use on everyone are of good quality. You can have a massage chair whilst your hair is being shampooed and I am always offered a beverage and magazines . I can highly recommend this salon in Hitchin.

Sophie was an absolute dream hairdresser - she explained every step of the process, what would be attainable and what wouldn’t. She was polite and professional throughout and her results were just what I wanted. Although my dream hair will take some time and a few more appointments I have every confidence that Sophie will be able to achieve it.

I had a bit of a dodgy hair cut that just wasn’t sitting right - I came here to get this fixed! They did a fantastic job. Listened to everything I said, and advised on what would look best with my hair type. People often find it hard to cut my hair correctly because it’s similar to Afro hair (extremely thick and frizzy)! They made my hair look and feel amazing and we’re so honest and reasonable with their pricing. Will definitely be returning - thank you
