Martin was excellent, brilliant hair wash and great cut.
A basic wash, cut and blow dry. Martin was lovely - kept checking about what I wanted and making suggestions and a lovely vibe. Great experience.

Rhainnon was super friendly as was her assessor. Rhiannon did the pre consultation checks politely and professionally, even going to the extent of checking my hair for health and strength, looking for trauma.
Rhiannon took her time with the cut and checked it often, even asking the assessor if she wanted to check before proceeding. I felt so at ease at one point I nearly nodded off (did she notice ???)
I was super happy to help this bright and talented young lady that I had never met before. My only qualifying criteria was I am easy going and I was happily for Rhiannon to make mistakes.
She did not!! I will happily come back for a restyle should you want me to. A quality hairdresser in the making.

Martin did a fabulous job on the colour, really pleased with it. But my hair didn’t feel clean. I came home and the hair at the back of my neck was sticky and felt like it wasn’t rinsed properly. . I had to wash and dry it again. The stylist who washed my hair wasn’t Martin.
Very professional and friendly, and all the staff are good support as she is an apprentice. Happy to go back
