First time visiting Jade yesterday and she was super friendly. She helped advise me on hair length and did an amazing job! I love my hair and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Josh was a gentleman from the minute I walked in the door. Talked me through the cut and why he was doing what he was doing. Asked me constantly if everything was OK, water temp, music lol, hairdryer heat etc. Such a nice lad, I'm definitely going back.

Fantastic cut (and conversation) as always from Eliott. I never make return appointments with hairdressers and hate getting my hair cut. However, I have been using Open Hairdressing now for 2.5 years, which speaks volumes about great the team have been.

I always have a fab experience. I love coming to Open. Elliot always comes up trumps with my styling my hair, which is different every time. I love a change and I completely trust Elliot to work his magic.

Jade is a junior stylist but she is very competent stylist! I feel very confident in her hands! Her friendly warm attitude always makes me feel comfortable! Every appointment I come away happy with my hair cut she always cuts my hair exactly how I want it! I always rebook Jade!

Nathan transformed my hair from the long hair I had on my first visit to a filthy swept back mullet. Yesterday we went one step further with a shorter sides and a messy fringe style and like always he aced it. His attention to detail is incredible and always have a wonderful experience coming back to open even with other staff members commenting on the hair and free drinks is always a nice touch. 10/10 would recommend.

Eliott was very welcoming, straight to the point with his ideas for my hair cut. He was extremely friendly and through with his work. Thoroughly happy with my new hair do and would certainly recommend him to friends.

Eliott was very friendly and did what I asked him to do. I have rebooked my next appointment with him.

I first met Dani when I realised my hair had changed and I suspected it had changed from straight to curly. Therefore I needed help understanding how to work with it's new texture. Dani was wonderful. She explained how it needed me to treat it differently and advised me on a different cut that would work better with my new curls. Since then she has continued to be helpful as I get more confident with my curls and she always does a great job!

Sophie did an amazing job on my hair. She coloured it perfectly, just the way I wanted and styled it nicely. The hospitality was also really good. Definitely will go here again!

Another beautiful treatment at Open. You know when you're sat looking in the mirror and you see the result and think "ok' I can tweak it at home?' This NEVER happens with Nathan, he makes your hair 100% perfect, even when it looks good he manages to do that extra brush,curl,spray,straighten and then it's even better!! Have to mention Lou's head massage, that's pure therapy!! A*

Elliot’s the best.

Amy was such a good stylist, she listened to what I wanted/needed and made me feel really comfortable. After suffering quite badly from postpartum hair loss she made me feel at ease and made my hair feel lovely and thick. The colour looks great and she gave lots of useful add use.

Dani gives a beautiful cut, taking time to make the most of my hair.

She is very skilled, professional and a lovely person. I appreciate and recommend her highly.

Great cut, great coffee and friendly atmosphere

Amy has coloured my hair twice now and I am very happy. She is knowledgable, skilful and friendly. The apprentice who washed my hair was also brilliant, but I don’t remember hair name. As always too many fine hairdressers and future hairdressers in OPEN.

Prior to my appointment, I spoke to the lovely manager about a surgery I'd had to my skull the previous month. I hadn't been able to wash my hair for 14 days and was eager to get my hair done professionally, so I didn't get the scar wet or soapy. My hair dresser Amy was SO KIND ? another girl helped keep scar dry whilst the other side was carefully washed (I've forgotten her name but she was very nice too). The haircut was incredible! Amy was gentle, careful and gave me a beautiful cut (my hair was was dry and split from being neglected) she gave a considerate blow-dry that took time to carry out and ensured that I was seated safely (I feel dizzy in certain positions)!
I felt so happy with my new hair do, I'm naturally curly and Amy made a big effort to make they were styled! I LOVE MY NEW HAIR ??? Thank you for letting me attend the hairdressers, delivering an awesome service and being so kind!

Having not been to a salon for so long, I was a little nervous but Amy and Dakota were so lovely and welcoming. They made me feel at ease and Amy’s wonderful cut has gotten me loads of compliments. I will absolutely be coming back to Open for my next cut <3

If I was looking for a second home, OPEN would be a definite! I travel from Rickmansworth for 1st class attention.
