First time with Sophie , took time to listen to what I hoped to achieve which resulted in a fab haircut. Also saw John who as ever treated me like an old friend . Would not hesitate to recommend Open to anyone.

Very pleased with new style
I was advised not have blonde put in this time as my hair is quite dry. I went for an all over colour and am having blonde put in later in the year. I love it!

Amy is a fantastic colourist and cutter and has an obsessive attention to detail, as does the salon in general. Friendly atmosphere, extremely professional, couldn’t recommend them more highly. I’ve been having colour regularly for many years and I’ve never been so happy with both the naturalness of the colour and the condition of my hair (long &, blonde).
Dakota did a wonderful job of cutting my hair. She gave my advice and helped me feel comfortable and welcome.
She listened to what I wanted and checked throughout that I was happy with the progress.

It was brilliant, Ben's a real visionary, he knows what will look good and made brilliant suggestions, and I'm really happy with how my cut turned out.
Also, I love the detail, the shampoo and head massage is really welcome, and the staff offer drinks and its these details that make you feel really valued.

Dakota was fabulous she knew what I wanted when I’m not the best at explaining, she explained each step and how to look after my bleached hair I even brought the products because my hair felt so light and soft and healthy. Great salon clean warm environment

Just had my first visit to Open in Hemel, and it was a fantastic experience. I'm definitely coming back. Dakota was really kind and gave me a fantastic haircut! I have curly hair, and she respected that, creating a cut that enhances my curls. She also did an amazing natural blow dry, resulting in gorgeous hair that I absolutely loved! Dakota nailed the look I wanted, and the blow dry left my hair looking amazing. The attention to detail was on point, and the whole experience was relaxing. Had never been to this salon before but left with the haircut I was hoping for.
Jade was great, she listened to what I wanted and delivered thankyou!
I hadn’t been to a hair salon in a very long time, and it was quite overwhelming did not know what to ask for or what would look best- but the staff made me feel very comfortable and were very lovely and polite and made me look better than i had done in a long time - hair looked healthy and fresh and new and had a wonderful evening out and felt brand new so thank you very much ! Dani is so helpful. I came with photos of a totally different style that I was considering (a pixie crop for curly hair) and she talked me through why my hair wasn't entirely suited to exactly what the photos looked like and why her thought a slightly longer version would work better for me. And it looks great! I've never dared to have short hair like this before, but I love it and I'm so pleased that I trusted Dani to do it for me as she's fantastic at her craft! Thank you Dani xx

Amy is the most patient and thoughtful hairdresser I ever met, she was so kind and polite and so patient with me and my toddler, thank you Amy so much, I love my new hairstyle and I will definitely come back.
I got a balayage done with Kirstie and I am sooo happy! Everyone in the shop is so friendly and lovely, the atmosphere is amazing, all the products smell so nice, and the final outcome is perfect - I absolutely love the colour in my hair now!
