Fabulous service, friendly, easy to book
Had never been to this salon before but left with the haircut I was hoping for.
Jade was great, she listened to what I wanted and delivered thankyou!
I hadn’t been to a hair salon in a very long time, and it was quite overwhelming did not know what to ask for or what would look best- but the staff made me feel very comfortable and were very lovely and polite and made me look better than i had done in a long time - hair looked healthy and fresh and new and had a wonderful evening out and felt brand new so thank you very much ! Will definitely go back and feel confident enough to keep up with taking care of my hair xx

Sophie was so lovely! My first time getting my hair dyed and she explained what was what and how it would help etc… her and connie were lovely with asking me and my mum if we would want a drink etc! Excellent price for everything I had done x

Dani is so helpful. I came with photos of a totally different style that I was considering (a pixie crop for curly hair) and she talked me through why my hair wasn't entirely suited to exactly what the photos looked like and why her thought a slightly longer version would work better for me. And it looks great! I've never dared to have short hair like this before, but I love it and I'm so pleased that I trusted Dani to do it for me as she's fantastic at her craft! Thank you Dani xx

Amy is the most patient and thoughtful hairdresser I ever met, she was so kind and polite and so patient with me and my toddler, thank you Amy so much, I love my new hairstyle and I will definitely come back.
I got a balayage done with Kirstie and I am sooo happy! Everyone in the shop is so friendly and lovely, the atmosphere is amazing, all the products smell so nice, and the final outcome is perfect - I absolutely love the colour in my hair now!

This was my first time at Open Hemel Hempstead. I had a hair emergency and needed someone to fix a disastrous haircut. Elliot was absolutely amazing (I think he enjoyed the challenge!) and spent a long time fixing and hiding the mistakes. I left his chair with a really beautiful haircut and immediately felt so much happier.
The salon itself has a lovely vibrant atmosphere, every team member was welcoming and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs some hair TLC.
My second haircut with Sophie and just as pleased with it as the first time. Sophie is very friendly and puts you at ease, she listens to what you want.
Really enjoyed my experience at the open salon, had a lovely hair stylist Sophie who did an amazing job on my hair- was able to advise me on the best route for my hair and I love the end result, I will definitely be back soon. Love the vibe of the salon as well! Definitely worth the money and more!

This is my second visit to Open. Ben is an excellent hair stylist. Who's experience and knowledge shines through. He cuts my curly hair fantastically and styles it well. I have had some horrendous hairdressers in the past especially with natural curls. I highly recommend Ben and I am very pleased to have found Open and will be happily returning in future.

My first visit to an actual salon in a number of years so was a litte daunting. All staff I met were very friendly and welcoming. Kirstie did her best to put me at ease, decifer my requests and point me in the best direction. Great haircut I'm still getting used to it but lots of compliments. I was very pleased with my cut
Overall a great experience and great understanding of figuring out what you would like though my explanation was poor.
A comprehensive knowledge of the dos & don’t of hair and was able to get my hair back to a professional looking cut.
The value for the experience and expertise can’t be more overstated. Easily would have spent twice for the same cut.
Also create atmosphere, friendly and welcoming.

Amy does a wonderful job, carried out with kindness and compassion going beyond ‘just’ cutting hair. We discussed hormonal issues regarding my hair and skin and she was most kind and relatable.
first time at this salon. jade was lovely and I love my hair! they use SP products which is a massive bonus for me as my hair feels amazing now! will definitely be going back, a lovely experience.

Bad hair cut. My hair became very messy after cutting. It is worse than before cutting. So disappointed. By paying £65 for this quality of hair cut is unacceptable. I will not go again.
