What can I say other than this is the best salon for miles, and Nathan always does exactly what ask for, unless it was a tight curly perm then I think a line would be drawn..highly recommended this super edgy and friendly salon.
Sarah always does the best balayage, would highly recommend her for colour services!
Sarah is fabulous in every way possible - young and stylish means she is in touch with all the latest trends and new styles. As soon as you meet Sarah you will feel immediately at ease. She listens and converses with you to ensure she can provide you with an entire experience and will considerately guide you to a style that works with your hair. You will always leave her chair feeling a million dollars!
The entire salon is fun and professional without feeling intimidating.
Elliot has been doing my hair for a few years now. He is very good at listening and me showing pictures of the style I want and always delivers. He is, in my opinion , exceptional.
Eliott takes time to know what you want, offers suggestions and does a great cut.

As always the welcome was warm and the (2 cups!) coffee was good. Ben always asks what style you would like and always manages to blend that with his subtle artistic flair. I have already rebooked for my next appointment which should tell you all you need to know!

As usual the experience at Open in Hemel is second to none..
I am so pleased to have found Open hairdressers in Hemel, my whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The staff are all super attentive and polite, the quality of hairdressing is superb and the atmosphere is really relaxed. Kirsty Louise was lovely, really friendly and knew what I wanted and I was really pleased with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Open. They had fantastic COVID measures in place too which made it feel really safe.
Booked the whole family in. for the post lockdown locks lopping and Elliott did not disappoint. Always a great atmosphere in the salon and always happy with the results.
Amazing salon everyone is so kind and bubbly, Kirstie takes such care of her clients and takes care of every little detail.
I’ve been here 4 times now for hair colour,cuts,wash and blow dry, every time I leave feeling like a movie star.
Prices are amazing and a very hygienic salon.
