Had a cut and dry with Annie and hadn't been to a salon in years so it was a bit daunting. She was really friendly and gave some great advice and I rebooked in with her :)
Bath Dani and Sarah are so kind and really pay attention to what you want. Ben is interested too and takes time to chat and provide mulled wine… love my hair cut!
Sarah is always really professional and just in general is a very nice and friendly person.

Annie was brilliant. She listened to what Cut and style I wanted, gave great advice on how to care for my hair, she was so lovely and friendly. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time going as I’m new to the area and I’m so glad I’ve found my new regular salon. Very happy!
We had our 12 year old daughter’s hair cut and styled (layers and curtain banks) by Elliott.. Elliot was extremely friendly, fun and listened to what we wanted, he provided his thoughts and gave advice to our daughter regarding how to maintain her hair; healthy and styled. Our daughter loved her new hair cut and style!! We will be coming back again.

OPEN hairdressing in Hemel Hempstead is a fantastic salon - welcoming, relaxing and all -round stunning venue. Dani is a brilliant hairdresser and really listened to my hair concerns and gave advice on how to achieve the best style for me. I would thoroughly recommend both the salon & Dani for anyone looking for a hairdresser.

I booked in for a cut and finish and was after a new hairstyle entirely. Kirsty understood exactly what I was after, clarified the length I wanted etc, and put me very at ease. She was great at her job, very easy to talk to, and gave me some tips on haircare and styling. Also the salon itself is lovely with good coffee! Very happy with my hair.

My first visit to Open was everything I hoped for. Lovely salon, everyone I met was very friendly and helpful but most importantly I got a really great haircut. I have already booked my return visit.
Ben listened to my vague ideas, and came up with the exact short haircut I wanted. Also had a great cut previously with Nathan, these guys are talented.

I have been going to Open Hairdressers in Hemel Hempstead for over a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kirstie is amazing, so lovely to talk to and I’m very happy with my colour having gone from highlights for decades to Balayage. I love the atmosphere and vibe in the salon, the addition of a drinks menu is a great perk and the trainees are all so polite and professional. Leah one of the trainees dried and curled my hair and it looked fab!
