Haven’t been to a hair salon in 2 years but decided to based on a friends recommendation and so glad I did!! Had an appointment with Sophie and she was so lovely and talked through everything I wanted and I love my hair!! Sophie also gave me a lot of advice and answered all my questions! Love my haircut and can’t wait to go back, thank you Sophie <3

Having curly hair, which I wear straight, I visited the salon in Hemel old town with trepidation because many stylists seem to forget what you asked for and cut waaay too short. Jade is the complete opposite, she took her time and checked with me constantly so I felt very reassured and in safe hands. It's a rare find, a stylist that does what lived experience tells you need, not what they think you need. 10/10. Will definitely use again

I absolutely love coming to Open and having my hair done by Leah. She is simply amazing and always makes sure I am advised well and informed of my options before we go ahead. She’s consistently been amazing and every time I leave I am incredibly happy with my hair!
Dakota will be my forever go to stylist! I swear every haircut with her is better and better 🩷 worth every penny

I’ve just had my hair coloured and trimmed by Leah and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She created a beautiful blonde colour with highlights and lowlights to blend with my natural colour which is exactly what I wanted. The salon has such a lovely atmosphere and positive vibes where everyone is so friendly and welcoming, by far the best hairdressers I’ve been to!

My first visit and was made to feel very welcome by all. Amy rescued my hair from a previous unhappy cut elsewhere. She took her time to listen, understand the problem and fix my hair cut. Thank you so much. I will definately be back. x

Pleased to say I had a great experience at the salon. Leah cut and blow dried my hair. she was very reassuring and tentative, and made sure I was happy with the cutting and styling from start to finish.
I was extremely happy with the result. I had a lovely cup of tea too! All the staff were great and a nice salon atmosphere.
