I’ve never found a hairdressers I’ve felt fitted me before coming to Open. Every time I go and get my hair done it’s like catching up with friends, everyone is so friendly and kind and makes you feel so comfortable. Not only that but my hair has never ever looked as good as it does since coming to Open and Hannah smashes it every time, I won’t go anywhere but here ?? Can’t be beaten

Kat matched my colour perfectly. She ways gives excellent advice and I truly feel like I've been pampered.
Hannah is incredibly enthusiastic and passionate about her work. She did a great job of taking my (very mixed) ‘wants’ and delivering a gorgeous colour and cut that works for me. She is a great colourist, creative and quick!

Oli is fantastic - kind, professional and a bit of a perfectionist which is great for styling hair! I have extremely thick hair which can be a challenge, but Oli gives lots of time, patience & attention to detail - along with the skill & knowledge of what will best suit me. Long hair that needed a tidy up, so nothing special this time but Jack is a great stylist and we have been through many great haircuts together. Some very short, some a bit longer. Always stylish.

it’s such good value for money. I’ve been to lots of salons in London, and have paid up to three times what I pay at Open and these “premium salons” are not a patch on Open.
I’ve found my home at Open, and will never go anywhere else.

Scarlet was absolutely lovely and made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely love how my hair turned out and couldn’t have asked for a better or more relaxing experience. Also the assistant was so lovely (can’t quite remember her name) so overall would definitely return!
