Ellena, senior stylist, cut my daughter's hair. It was a complete restyle for her, from long messy hair to a short pixie Bob. Ellena did a fantastic job. A real precision haircut. My daughter looks fabulous. Thank you!

I had an amazing treat yesterday. I booked in to have a wash cut and colour with a blowdry. Jo is an artist and know just what I needed to make me feel amazing.
Jo is the best hairdresser. She is the only person I trust to do my hair.
I've booked blow dry and wasn't happy with the result. More importantly the girl who was doing my hair was pulling it hard in all directions causing lots of pain. She has also burnt my scalp by blowing a very hot air on my scalp without even bothering to check if I'm OK with the temperature. I ended up screaming with pain! I will not be having a blow dry there again. Its quite expensive for the low quality customer service. On another occasion when having very expensive highlights done I was passed around to four different girls, neither of which strikes me as particularly professional. The senior stylist Rodney was the only good think about my last two visits
I had booked an appointment with the stylist Sam (having met her several times before). She is great, but had gone home sick, so the stylist Sandy cut and blow dried my hair instead. She was lovely and did a great job. Thank you Sandy and thank you Cedars.

A massive thank you to DJ who fitted me in Saturday and did a fantastic job. Monday and hair still looking good. Really impressed that he and other staff recognised me and welcomed me with a smile and made me feel really special even though I had not seen them for years. Thanks to the whole team.

The attitude from the stylist ***** was extremely rude. My 7 year old was smiling at her and being sweet although the stylist was tugging at her hair and using really hot blow dryer and hurt her ear. She seemed really frustrated and couldn’t care. I think she completely forgot that she had a 7 year old in front of her. The haircut was ok but never going back again!

I love going to Cedars. I have been a customer for about 20 years and I have always found the shop to be run efficiently. The staff are very friendly and the standard of hair dressing is high. Lucie who I see every six weeks for a root colour and blow dry has on a few occasions left me after my colour has taken. This is quite frustrating when she seems oblivious to the fact and doesn’t communicate this to senior staff members. If she is running late or distracted then I feel she should let me know either by speaking to me directly or asking another member of staff to let me know. I am happy otherwise with her job performance.

Lovely cut and finish with DJ as always
Last Saturday I travelled from Cheshire on a friend's recommendation to have my hair restyled by Mel at Cedars. To say I was happy with the end result is an understatement! What a fantastic hairdresser, Mel knew exactly what I wanted because she actually sat and listened to what I wanted to achieve. If I could give you 10 stars I would...a huge thank you. Also, thanks everyone at Cedars for making my little dog so welcome ????
Couldn't be happier with my colour. Danielle was so lovely - she made me feel totally comfortable, talked through all options before colouring and just 'got' what I wanted to do. Have already recommended her highly to friends this week. Thank you again so much.
