This was my first visit to Cedars and it was a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Lucie was fab and knew exactly what I wanted, very professional.
Joanne was quick to work out want I wanted. Lovely hair was and great blow dry - which is difficult as my hair is naturally very dry and curly!
I want like to say a huge thank you to Charlotte and Ellena for doing my hair and make up today. They were brilliant!!! Highly recommend them. Thank you girls!!

I’m having laser treatment with Alina and she is absolutely superb and knowledgeable.
I am always nervous to try a new stylist but I shouldn’t have worried. My blow dry was perfect. Even my fringe which practically no hairdresser can get right unless they are used to my hair was perfect. The staff were very friendly and the price fSir. I’ll be going back?

I had an expensive keratin treatment at Cedars, hoping for straighter smoother hair like previous treatments I've had (at other salons).
I was very surprised the whole thing took 90 mins as it usually takes around 3-4 hours. I wasn't given any aftercare instructions but was pleased with the result.
After only a week my hair was back to being frizzy and needing straightening daily! I rang Cedars who were very rude and refused to do anything! They agreed that the treatment should last minimum 3 months too.
Very disappointed and unsatisfied, I certainly won't be going there again!!
Cedars has always given fantastic service and I cannot praise it enough.

I was really disappointed by the service received at the salon. I used to come here and have my haircut by Eleanor and never had any issues. Today, I had my haircut by *****. She didn't even ask me what I was doing with my hair until she started to part my hair and at that point I thought it would be best to show her what I wanted before she started cutting my hair without knowing the style I wanted. There was no conversation throughout the haircut. She then started to blow-dry my hair and didn't even ask about the style I wanted it dried in. When I asked for a bouncy blow-dry she said to me that she has to do it straight so she's able to see how she's cut the hair. Surely people go to the hairdresser's to come out with a hairstyle that they want and wouldn't usually be able to recreate themselves. I know that I certainly go to the hairdresser's so that I can have my hair styled the way I envisioned it be. She clearly was very rushed as then said she would curl my hair instead (I didn't want curls) but couldn't do my whole head as she clearly had another client waiting. By this point I'd already given up, probably will have to go home and style my hair again. Disappointed with the service, cut and style. Won't be coming to cedars again.
Started laser in 2020 just before the pandemic hit, which has delayed my treatment. I've been getting my beard line/cheeks done and what a difference it has made, still got about 6 sessions left and the results are amazing!! Aleena makes you feel most comfortable and we always have a great chat during my session. Highly recommend Aleena at Cedars.

Danielle is an excellent colour technician she does exactly what you want and what it suits your face. She is also very friendly, I always leave very happy with my hair colour and highlights.
Melissa really knows how to cut my hair perfectly. She always only takes off what she needs to as she knows I like to keep my hair long. She always makes it looks beautiful afterwards.

I am thrilled with my hair. The trainee hairdresser Charlotte did and excellent job. However last time she did the same job I was charged a lower rate because she is a trainee. When I booked the appointment I was assured it would be the same. However when it came to pay, I was charged 3 times what I paid the last time. I don’t mind paying full if she has qualified and that is the going rate, but I was not informed of this.
She did an excellent job, I just think the salon should communicate their pricing system better.

A very invigorating and deep tissue massage is what I always look forward to every month from Alina....I sleep like a baby afterwards. A must try for anyone who has problems with sleep. She gets to those stress release points and is such a passionate lady who does her job with a great smile !!
I love my trips to cedars. My amazing colourist and stylist Danielle, know my hair so well. I never have to ask for any particular style as I trust her completely. The service is impeccable and the girls that wash your hair as fab.

Back to Claire and DJ after moving away for a while - now back in the area so happy to be back home at Cedars - all the staff are lovely and friendly and are all really tops in their field - felt very COVID safe.
