With regard to your aromatherapy massage, we’re sorry to hear you did not feel the benefits afterward. Every guest is different, and our therapists always tailor treatments based on training, consultation, and guest comfort. Tummy massage is not always included unless specifically discussed beforehand due to its sensitive nature. Nevertheless, we regret that you left feeling anything less than relaxed.

Cleanliness and hygiene are areas we pride ourselves on, and we’re surprised to hear your concerns, as our rooms are cleaned thoroughly between every client and aromatherapy diffusers are used where appropriate. Your feedback has been passed on for review by our management team to ensure our standards are upheld.

We also regret that your interaction with our team did not reflect the warmth and professionalism we are known for. Hospitality is central to our ethos, and your experience clearly fell short in that regard. This is not the level of service we strive to deliver, and we are sorry you felt unwelcome at any point during your visit.
