As always, I was extremely satisfied with my hair cut and with the pleasant welcome and general atmosphere of the salon.

Very happy with the service. The products were great, and smelled amazing. Had a lovely time with the Stylists. Very relaxing, friendly and warm environment.

Nancy provided a lovely, bouncy blow dry. Been to her a few times and always gives a good service.

Lovely service and chat with Nancy, she listen to my hair issues and recommended products and styling tips to help. Excellent service and love the cut.

Verity is insightful, polite and very efficient.

I loved my hair style .. thank you very much.

Had a stand by appointment for cut and blow dry . Explained my hair is thick and needs to be thinned out a lot especially on the top . My fringe and top of my hair are still as thick and out of proportion to the rest of my hair . It looks like I have two halves of a hair cut. Also I had to cut my sideburns my self the next day as they were totally ignored. I don’t think short hair cuts are popular in this salon .

Nancy is amazing! She takes the time to chat beforehand to get a full understanding of what I want and is on a mission to help me get my hair healthier! I always looks forward to my appointments with her.

This is my 3rd time here, Lucy does my hair.its a very friendly salon and Lucy is lovely she always takes time to talk and ask me what i want.also she doesn't rush ,but takes time to do a really great cut.and we always have a friendly chat.everyone complements my hair, I would highly recommend m salon and particularly Lucy.will be vack soon 😊

Piper was a very nice young lady who confidently advised a re style which impressed me.

Laura has been colouring my hair for the past 10+ years and always knows exactly what I need and gives her expert advice.
She is professional and friendly in equal measures. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to maintain my hair.

Another great haircut with Kev. He’s been maintaining my hair for the last 10+ years and I always feel ‘more human’ when I leave the salon! Great salon experience and Kev is professional and welcoming in equal measures.

Grace is amazing, friendly helpful and knowledgeable. My hair is so poor since menopause but M Salon always manage to make it better somehow so thank you. Grace is so so lovely 🫶🏻

Everything was great after having my haircut. The only issue i had was the cost very expensive.

Emilee always gives you the perfect balance between listening to what I want, and respectfully offering her opinion on how to enhance the look you're wanting to achieve. I trust her implicitly with my hair! She is an excellent stylist and has the awareness to treat her clients individually.
I highly recommend her.

I've had another fabulous cut with Kevin and colour with Laura. I've changed from scalp bleach to copper and back to a gorgeous short pixie cut. Very happy, as always!

Emilee listened to my needs and did a fantastic hair cut.
My only criticism is that i had to wait 10 minutes beyond my appointment time.
Running my own business , every minute of my time is important. If i can be informed in advance if there is any delay i can use the time more effectively.
Very happy with the cut and hair wash ( from one of the apprentices who was very friendly).

I’m so pleased with my new hairstyle, a complete change and I’ll be coming back for colour!

I came looking for a nice curly cut with an expert. Lucy was introduced as the one who can help. I asked for nicely sitting curly that is also would be nice if I straighten it out. I haven’t noticed that my hair was chopped off in so many short lengths that couldn’t look any more than a messy nest sitting on my head. At first I didn’t realise that until I walked out waiting for it to dry and maybe it would be better later but it was only messy so i decided to wash it and straighten it and wear it straight till it grows up but I was shocked that it looked absolutely chopped off the layers were so obviously not integrated together and super short on above that couldn’t even get out with it!!

I felt so sad and disappointed and regretted the whole visit..
i went back but they said there’s nothing they can do for a fix and refund me back which is nothing compared to my hair being ruined just before my holiday.

Time after time Grace has consistently created glamorous hairstyles for me. Leaving your salon after my session with Grace, always feels like a red carpet moment! Thank you Grace!

I came in for a fresh cut and colour, but honestly, I wasn’t feeling like myself that day. I’d just lost my cat and wasn’t my usual chatty self. Emilee was so warm and compassionate — she made me feel completely comfortable without any pressure to talk. She worked her magic, and I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and a little more like me again. Thank you, Emilee, for not just the beautiful hair, but the kindness too. 💛

So pop music or some jazz in the 80s and 90s
Old Skool beats
Chilled out vibes would be great
Also the new art they have in the sinks areas is weird
Some vintage Vidal Sassoon prints would be cool

Piper was absolutely lovely, so incredible from start to finish and I love my balayage, the best colour and blow dry i've ever had :)
