Brilliant and great Customer service as always

It was my first visit to Elements. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Rachael was amazing, spoke about my hair before she started, cut it as I wanted . She advised me on colour which was great.

She has got the skill,technique and personality.She gave a great consultation ,was very accommodating, very persuasive and genuine.She transformed my hair to what I dreamt it to be but never achieved getting it right.i have got asian hair so if you bring colour beautifully blended like deep dense chocolate then you must be really skillful and passionate to do it..thankyou Hayley just be the way you are and keep doing your brilliant workxxx

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ben always colours and cuts my hair perfectly, dark and blonde highlights to give my hair interest and a nice layered cut to give bounce and texture.

A lovely thorough wash and a 'tidy up' trim left me looking much smarter! Jo was friendly and knowledgeable. Although I think it was expensive I was pleased with the result.

I've been to Elements a few times now & I've always found the staff to be really friendly & helpful. The salon has a fresh contemporary feel & is always spotless. In my opinion Tamzin is a very talented colourist she really understands my hair & blends in the colour perfectly.

I always go to Anastasia to do my hair and she always cuts it so well. I have fairly tight afro curls which aren’t the easiest to cut and style. She approaches hairdressing with lots of passion and she is also very friendly and easy to talk to. We always have fun and a chat when she does my hair.

Every haircut I have with Ben is a truly rewarding experience! He is one-of-a-kind and I am asked, at least once a week: who cuts my hair. He takes this time to understand my limitations styling my hair in between appts and always sets me up well for the period in between.

Anastasia always does a fabulous job with my hair 10/10 ?

Tamzin listened to what I was looking for, made me comfortable and confident to go a little different and outside of my comfort zone. I had so much fun laughing and swapping stories, and really enjoyed the bubbles too! I would add that the price seems to have increased, paying £227 for highlights and cut seems crazy to me but maybe I’m stuck in the 00’s and it’s down to cost of living crisis. Overall amazing experience and hairdressing, but quite expensive!

My hairstylist Aimi suggested highlights instead of root retouch. To make it easier to integrate my grey hair. Very pleased. Would highly recommend.

If you want perfect highlights and great conversation from a truly talented young lady, Tamzin is the one. Asian hair is hard to highlight correctly, but she mastered it!
