Never in doubt about the quality of haircut and love the friendly welcome and atmosphere - my only wish is slightly longer head massage after the shampoo !

In offering his suggestions Ben assesses thoughtfully his client’s needs to make the client look and feel at his best;
and, without pushing for treatments which wouldn’t be good value in the particular case. Yet, where the client wishes to take another course, Ben would follow the client’s wishes for the job with professional efficiency & courtesy. Ben is good.

Every 5-6 weeks I book myself in for some essential maintenance and a little bit of me-time. Elements is managed by husband & wife team Jackie and Perry who do a grand job of managing their staff & keeping standards high. The salon is well-run & professional. I'd recommend it to everyone in Bishop's Stortford as THE place for personal grooming and modern hair care.

Absolutely love this salon and have had my hair cut by many of the staff and never been disappointed. Shane has cut and highlighted my hair a few times now and is brilliant!

I know i’m with the right Salon because Ben is the right Stylist. I always get comments about my hair colour and style and my hair has looked great for the last 9yrs. Also the rest of the staff are great, polite helpful and serve good coffee.
