I had an absolutely amazing appointment with Jess this morning. I have always been really worried about other people cutting my hair and Jess makes you feel so at ease and took it really slowly. Finally finishing and getting the best result I could have asked for.

Lovely place for a pamper - everyone is great and incredibly talented - if you are looking to have your hair up this is the place to come … highly recommended

Top salon in the town - the attention to detail on the cut and colour is amazing ?

The Annexx is the Jewell of Berkhamsted, tucked away between Waitrose and the high street. The whole team are always warm and welcoming, it’s like visiting family. Charlotte works her magic with the scissors everytime and I come out feeling and looking like a new person. I highly recommend the Annexx.

Since the annex opened, I haven’t stepped foot in any other hairdressers nor changed hairdresser. Thanks to Charlotte who has continued to cut my hair to my request (even if it is the tiniest of trims).
