Sam was marvellous and Olivia the shampoo person was lovely too

However the salon was very dirty and extremely tatty it’s meant to be a high end salon so I was shocked it was so dirty and unkept - needs a serious clean and maintenance person to feel all the holes just left where things had once fitted
