Usual good friendly service. Came away with a lovely natural finish to my tidy up blow dry.

Autonomy is a really well presented, friendly salon. Abi made me feel totally at ease and comfortable and is such a skilled stylist, I am over the moon with my colour and cut and will definately be returning. The salon also had 2 apprentices working who were so friendly. Thank you Abi 😊

Tim listened to my struggles with hair condition and subsequent styling issues. Explained in full what he was going to do and how I could - going forward - care for my hair. The head massage was particularly relaxing too. Very happy with cut and treatment given. Highly recommend

Lou looked at my iPhone screen shots and set about turning my hair into a Pixie hair style. I’m delighted with my new look. Lou advised me to use a spray wax to texturise my hair. Lou has created a new me, thank you very much.

I had my hair cut back at the beginning of the year by Lou and I loved the way she cut my hair. I had so many compliments about how nice it was. I have just had it re-cut again for an occasion and my hair looks amazing. Im very happy with my hair cut, my hair feels lifted and frames my face nicely. Lou was lovely, very knowledgeable and great to chat too. I left feeling very pampered with a great hairstyle. I was also given lots of advice on how to style and care for my hair. Abi did good job with highlights just didn’t really understood about toner made my highlights same colour so will not use it again . The girls named Emily I think was keep burning me with hair dryer which was not nice, I got thick hair but she took an hour to dry it. They must tell customers about prices before they do things like extras it’s not professional to charge people after it’s been done with out letting them know.

I have long hair and it is dyed platinum from natural dark brown so the care and dedication to keeping my hair in amazing condition is outstanding.
