Abi did good job with highlights just didn’t really understood about toner made my highlights same colour so will not use it again . The girls named Emily I think was keep burning me with hair dryer which was not nice, I got thick hair but she took an hour to dry it. They must tell customers about prices before they do things like extras it’s not professional to charge people after it’s been done with out letting them know.

I have long hair and it is dyed platinum from natural dark brown so the care and dedication to keeping my hair in amazing condition is outstanding. I would highly recommend Tim and his team of experts if you want a professional cut or colour. I would not go anywhere else.

Both Lou and Abi are amazing stylists. I struggle with changing hair stylists due to a few bad experiences when I wasn't listened too, and I stayed with my previous stylist for over a decade. Due to them retiring I had to find a new one and a couple of my friends recommended Autonomy so I gave it a go! I'm so glad I did, everyone who works there is brilliant, always going out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Its been almost 2 years now and both Lou and Abi have coloured and cut my hair, and I have never been disappointed! I feel listened to, and they always make sure I am happy and comfortable before, during and after - I couldn't be happier with the overall service, and most of all I LOVE how they always give me exactly what I ask for, make suggestions but never pressure me into anything. I'll be sticking with this salon as long as they are there, I can't recommend them more highly. Also extremely reasonable prices for the best products. 10/10.

I’m so happy I found this hairdresser! It’s such a relief to finally meet someone who truly understands my hair. Having Asian hair can be tricky, especially when it comes to finding the right colour—but they absolutely nailed it.

They helped me find a colour that suits me perfectly and complements my overall look so well. The result looks natural, flattering, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they really take the time to get it right.
I left feeling confident and so pleased with the result. Highly recommend!

Have been coming to this salon for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else . It’s a little gem of a salon , managed and staffed by highly skilled and attentive stylists . I’m happy for any of the stylists to do my hair but Abi cut and coloured it today and she clearly is extremely capable and accomplished for someone so young . Her engaging manner ,the whole smooth running of the salon and of course my hair cut and colour just gladdened my heart yesterday . A special place in the heart of Hereford .

I came in for a consultation hoping for a collaborative discussion, as I had some ideas but was also looking for professional guidance. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel this was fully explored. The interaction felt quite reserved, and I would have appreciated more input, suggestions, and reassurance when I asked for opinions. At times, I felt slightly uncomfortable, as my hair seemed to be viewed as difficult rather than an opportunity to create something positive. Feeling confident and comfortable with a stylist is really important to me before committing to a service, so I decided to take some time to think as a lot of money is involved so I might go elsewhere on this occasion

I had a T-section and money piece with baby lights and lowlights done by trainee Emily. As my hair is very fine, I’m quite particular, but Emily really listened to what I wanted and understood the finished look I was aiming for.

She was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease with her confidence. I’m so happy with the result and would highly recommend her. Emily is a real asset to your company and will make a fantastic hairdresser.

Everything was great, v happy with result

What a lovely morning, being pampered at Autonomy and my new cut with bangs rocked with gorgeous curls that lasted overnight! I did use a silk pouch to put hair into overnight, which worked brilliantly. Thank you Tim, Megan and rest of the staff and apologies for my wobble. Lovely deep head massage sorted that out!
