Today I came in for a grey blend/colour correction. I showed Martha some ideas of what I wanted and explained that i wanted to step away from the previous block colour that I had box died for years. Martha was able to guide me and product an amazing finish, far outweighing my expectations or what was achievable given what she was starting with.

I had my hair cut and coloured by a new stylist and it turned out amazing. She really took the time to look at the reference photo and truly understood what I wanted to achieve. The colour was spot on also!
I felt listened to, and the result was even better than I imagined. It also turned out that we had loads in common, look forward going back to her again.

Had my first haircut and the environment is so professional. Everyone was so welcoming.
I had my haircut with Luke and it was one of the best haircuts I've had and I tend to be quite peculiar with my hair. Luke took time to understand what I wanted, what I liked and didn't like and he then gave me his suggestions and explained what he was doing and the techniques he was using. He took his time making sure the cut was perfect.
I highly reccomend Autonomy for its professionalism and Luke for his knowledge, experience and brilliant customer service.

I’ve never know a hairdresser to genuinely listen to what I have to say and what I want, and actually execute it to a T! She is so talented, kind, funny and genuine. She takes everything you say onboard and always makes sure to check in along the way. Lou has given me a sense of confidence I haven’t had in years. What a treat having a wash, cut and blow dry plus curl yesterday. Professional and friendly service and I made a point of telling Tim how well he cuts my hair, even without a blow dry it sits perfectly! Tim has cut my hair since October 2011, always happy to try something new, and always happy with the results! 🌟

Abbi isn't on the drop down list but I had a wonderful colour, cut & blow dry recently. I cannot express higher praise to Abbi and the whole team. I felt so pampered and everyone is so kind and friendly.

I was a model for Megan who for some reason isn't listed on here but I had an absolutely amazing experience! She's absolutely lovely and my hair looked perfect afterwards, I would strongly recommend her ❤️ The salon itself was clean and I had no issues whatsoever. Definitely my best experience in Hereford so far.

After being bald for a year during/after chemo my new hair went through all kind of texture with spots where it was very thin. Morgan has managed to make my hair look great and makes me feel so much better each time I go to Autonomy.
