I was a model for Megan who for some reason isn't listed on here but I had an absolutely amazing experience! She's absolutely lovely and my hair looked perfect afterwards, I would strongly recommend her ❤️ The salon itself was clean and I had no issues whatsoever. Definitely my best experience in Hereford so far.

What great service. After having a consultation I always walk out with the haircut I asked for as discussed . Martha is amazing.

It was my first haircut with Martha, she took time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me plenty of time to discuss. I am really pleased with the cut it looks amazing.

Megan was amazing made me feel so welcome and relaxed. From start to finish. Fab and lovely curls exaxtly what i needed to make me feel better. The massage and coffee was amazing too. Thanks again, will be back again soon.

After being bald for a year during/after chemo my new hair went through all kind of texture with spots where it was very thin. Morgan has managed to make my hair look great and makes me feel so much better each time I go to Autonomy.

I have always received excellent service from Lou and all the staff at Automomy! Lou is always happy to talk through with me, how I would like my hair done and gives good advice as to what is suitable for my face shape.

Martha is just the best. Excellent at what she does and very patient.

Luke seems to know how to blend my ideas with what suits me. I have short styled hair and am always happy with how he cuts it.

The stylists in Autonomy and the management of the whole salon are superb.Martha is fabulous and her engaging easy and attentive manner ensure a very satisfying experience. Needless to say I have always found all who work there to be exceptional at what they do. Styling and colour advice is really good and the (optional ) head massage puts the whole appointment at a whole different level. I travel some distance and book well ahead of time to get my hair done at Autonomy . Its a very comfortable,clean and well maintained salon and I wouldn’t go anywhere else .

Fabulous, as ever, thank you. That is why I drive an hour in order to have my hair done!
