I don't even need to voice my wondering whether a fringe may suit me this time, or a blonde to pink rose balayage so subtle it changes in the light; Lauren just does what is in my head, on my hair, because she is in tune to my ever changing hair desires of the moment, even if I have not been in for a while. Also, I had two complimentary massages from two women who were so good I went to wellness hair heaven for some moments. A sublime experience at Aveda.

The whole hour and a half was done so professionally, very relaxing,and comfortable.
The products Alveda Thay used were the best.

I have been going to Ben for years and always come out of the salon feeling great! Not only do I get a great colour and cut that suggestions and ideas for the future very professional!

I spent the most relaxing 2 hours at Urban Green on Monday. I am already a loyal customer, being a client of the very lovely and talented Kerry for the last 20 years. I was excited to try the new head spa. Millie welcomed me warmly and I immediately felt relaxed and looked after. She explained what would happen during the treatment and then started off with a very relaxing head and shoulder massage. We then moved over to the beautiful head spa area with green palms and relaxing music where I was cocooned in a fluffy blanket, positioned, had a cool and refreshing eye mask applied and then the head spa started. Millie carried out the treatment expertly and it was extremely relaxing. Afterwards Millie gave me a lovely hair dry and then I left feeling rejuvenated and ready for the rest of the day!

I recently had my hair cut by Dan A and was very pleased with the result. Dan was friendly and he made me feel relaxed at all times. I appreciated the Aveda tea offered to me during the initial consultation, followed by a relaxing hair wash and head massage. I left the salon feeling happy and confident - thanks Dan for a great experience!

I’ve just returned from experiencing the Japanese Head Spa treatment at Urban Green. The whole experience, from very comfortable fully reclining chair/bed, relaxing massage, invigorating scalp massage to luxurious hair masks, was heaven! It elevated the whole salon experience and would highly recommend it. My hair and scalp were transformed! Thank you, Millie!

I was lucky enough to be treated to the new Japanese Head Spa at URBANGREEN.

Lauren started by sitting down with me for a few minutes to talk through my hair story, which made me feel genuinely looked after before the treatment had even begun. The spa itself was a beautiful mix of scents, sensations and sprays, with an eye mask that arrived at just the right moment. The massage was amazing, and being encouraged to simply switch off and relax made all the difference. A cup of Aveda tea was the perfect finishing touch.

Keira then gave me lovely diffused curls, and Lauren finished the styling. I left feeling calm, refreshed and with the best hair I've had in ages.

The salon itself is gorgeous: calm, beautifully designed and right on The Square. The whole team were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable, and you can tell how much care goes into every detail.

I'd highly recommend the Head Spa to anyone who needs a proper moment of calm.

Another great cut from Ben; it’s always a lovely morning having my haircut at Urbangreen , everyone is so friendly and welcoming and Ben always manages to transform my hair back to looking healthy and happy again.

Kerry is a fantastic hairdresser. She has a very friendly manner. Her massage is so good, I could happily sit there all day. getting calmer and calmer. She cuts my hair brilliantly to cope with my thinning hair. There is no-one else I will let cut my hair.

Mathieu is a superb hairdresser, his care and attention to detail is amazing! Both myself and my son (23) have been having cuts (& in my case some colour) with Mathieu for several years - talented, charming and so keen to please. Wholeheartedly recommend him - do try him - if you can get an appointment! I gather people travel significant distances to see him :)

Wonderful treatment. I especially enjoy the head and shoulder massage, so relaxing and Lauren takes such care when cutting my hair in an unhurried and professional way. I feel truly pampered every time I go there.
