As always, Nikki gave me a beautiful layered cut based on our consultation. She noted my request to keep the length and kept all of the length! She asked me about my styling preferences, including my natural parting, to provide me with a realistic expectation on managing my cut at home, and of course offered me a drink and asked if I wanted a head massage. Nikki always asks me about product preferences before using them, and we discussed the condition of my hair prior to the cut. Nikki gave me the cut we decided on together, styled it beautifully and let me swish happily out of the salon feeling like a much better, happier version of myself. Thank you!

Juanita put some new much fairer highlights in my dark but greying hair. I had asked for them to be more obvious as the previous time I had them done it was barely noticeable. However these new highlights came out a bit bolder than expected. Neither of us were completely satisfied with the result so she promptly arranged another appointment for me to reduce the highlights to make them look much more natural and subtle. I am now very happy with the latest result.
