My hair after Ben coloured and blow dried was perfect and always excellent service. Also the person who washed my hair had such a nice friendly manner. A relaxing friendly environment.

I've been a client of Mathieu for over three years and will be for many more. His work is absolute perfection, he's the most talented stylist I've known. Can't ask for better!

As usual, Ben gave me a lovely cut and blow-dry. I was very pleased. Would recommend him to anyone.
Kerry is a fantastic hairdresser. She has a very friendly manner. Her massage is so good, I could happily sit there all day. getting calmer and calmer. She cuts my hair brilliantly to cope with my thinning hair. There is no-one else I will let cut my hair.

Mathieu is a superb hairdresser, his care and attention to detail is amazing! Both myself and my son (23) have been having cuts (& in my case some colour) with Mathieu for several years - talented, charming and so keen to please. Wholeheartedly recommend him - do try him - if you can get an appointment! I gather people travel significant distances to see him :)

Inna did a wonderful job at cutting my hair into a style and length that was perfect. She would not let me leave until I was 100% happy. Could not have wished for anything more.
Wonderful treatment. I especially enjoy the head and shoulder massage, so relaxing and Lauren takes such care when cutting my hair in an unhurried and professional way. I feel truly pampered every time I go there.

On impulse, while in Winchester a couple of months ago, I popped in to see if they’d had any cancellations as I wanted to chop my hair off - luck was on my side and Mathieu had an appointment that evening…I now won’t go anywhere else, despite having to travel for over an hour to see him. After a couple of months of successfully trimming my own fringe (thanks, YouTube!), I foolishly decided reshaping the sides would be just as easy.
Spoiler alert: just because it’s on YouTube doesn’t mean it should be done at home!
After a mild panic and an emergency phone call, I was told James would be able to rescue my hacked-into hair. Thankfully, he did. He didn’t laugh, was incredibly kind and understanding, listened patiently to my tale of woe, and expertly fixed my DIY disaster.
My hair is now back to its gorgeous 70s shag, and I’m absolutely delighted with it.

Nice environment but the highlights took longer than ever experienced so parking can be an issue - and in the end my request wasn’t followed through. I will need to review the colour & cut again quite soon. It was quite costly.
