I was in for my second SkinPen treatment. Abbey was great. Checked on any concerns I had before we started & put me at ease during the procedure,explaining everything she was doing and checking that I was ok throughout. We went over aftercare to make sure I was clear of what I can and can't do post treatment. Now for my natural collagen to kick in and work to help repair my skin & make it glow.   Looking forward to seeing the results over the next few weeks. Great first experience of beauty treatment

I have been visiting Sparks regularly for around 5 years. The salon has a wonderfully friendly atmosphere and all the beauticians are happy and engaged with their clients. I haven’t attended any other salon over the years that can match the treatments, professionalism or atmosphere.

Mary is such a lovely girl, I really enjoy having a chat with her! Every treatment she delivers is done with such attention to detail and to the highest quality. She is very talented at what she does. I have never been disappointed and always leave the salon with a smile :)

Coral put me at ease throughout the entire process, as I had never had a lash lift done before she explained each step as she did it. She has an amazing personality and makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her.

Had my first CND shellac manicure done this morning by the lovely Abbey. All the ladies at the salon were so friendly and made the whole experience very inviting. Abbey did a fabulous job on my nails and I will definitely be returning when I need a refresh. More than pleased!

Both my daughter and I had our eyebrows threaded at Sparx for the first time today. Both of us were very impressed and my daughter has said that she only wants Mary to do them in the future as it was (almost !) pain free !!

I have been going to Sparks Beauty for the last six years I first started to go in 2013 it’s a fabulous salon right in the city centre within the River Park Sport Centre Right beside a pay and display car park! Great easy parking :) they are so friendly so professional and they offer a wide range of up to date treatments. In fact they’re always investigating and into juicing more and more treatments. There are masses of nail salons in the city but Mary at Sparks is the very best at shellac. I have many treatments here and the prices are the most competitive in the city and the quality of treatment the very best in the city. Thank you Penny , Mary and all the team. I came in with my daughter and asked if they were free to do ear piercing and they were happy to do mine whilst someone else was doing my daughters eyelashes. They were very nice and helpful! Very pleased with the customer service! Excellent!

Today was my first time in the Salon, I was made to feel very welcomed by all members of staff. The treatment I had done was my eyebrows being threaded, I have been looking for a while, for somewhere to have them done after not previously being happy with other places. All I can I say is Abbey did an amazing job, really took her time, made me feel comfortable and made sure I was happy with the finished result... I absolutely love the result and shall be returning again. Thank-you!
