I cannot remember the name of the person who did my nails but I cannot praise highly enough! Brilliant

Initially I was made very welcome and asked how i was feeling. The procedure was explained and I was asked how i felt about that. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my session and at the end I had the opportunity to ask any questions or raise any issues.
I look forward to my next appointment in August.

Lovely therapist but wax was bad. As she pulls off the hot wax, she pinches the skin/ does it slowly which is painful - felt like it was her first time. Still hair left also. Oil was painful too, but not her fault as I likely have sensitive skin. Regardless, it was poor and not worth £32

Met Sharmila for the first time today and was very happy with the treatment I received. She was very attentive, professional and friendly. I have booked another appointment with Sharmila for 4 weeks time. Very happy.

Even though I booked onto the wrong treatment Sharmila bent over backwards to sort me out! A lovely treatment and my toes look fab !

Just visited the new salon at the leisure centre at Bar End. Lovely treatment room and friendly staff as always. Had laser treatment using the new machine. All went well.

Sharmila did my eyebrow lamination, I’m so impressed with them they look amazing! She was such a lovely lady who made me feel comfortable and made sure she was telling me what she was doing as I haven’t had this before.

Sharmila was lovely as always and took time and care looking after my nails and getting them back in shape. I have really soft nails that bend back and split really easily. Shallack does wonders for them especially after a long lockdown!

A wonderfully relaxing experience.

Really lovely stylist who was polite and friendly. The salon was clean and had a friendly but calm feel.

I wasn't impressed with my facials or do I say my expectations were not met. The extractions were not done properly or was not even done at all. The only reason I needed a facial was to get my blackheads extracted

Simran always makes me feel like she takes the full time and never rushes
