I absolutely love Olivia! I have been having my haircut with Liv as she became qualified and her confidence and experience is growing with each appointment. I am always impressed by the way she cuts my hair and literally wish I could visit her every week for a blow dry.
One thing that did let my visit down today was as I entered I was told someone would be with me and I was sitting for at least 10 minutes before somebody checked me in with at least 3 other members of staff walking back and forth.
