I made an “emergency” appointment and despite never having met me before, Victoria cut my hair exactly as I like and in the process was considerate, charming and very nice even though it was first thing Monday morning!
So pleased with my cute cut. Sophia makes thos experience even better as she's so friendly and helpful. Lovely back massage from chair and head massage during wash experience and always offered a choice of drinks.

Emily set realistic expectations for me going from brown to blonde over a few months and kept in touch while she did strand tests. There was no pressure, even on the day. I was asked what I wanted form my haircut and brandi did as I wanted. what she added was a recognition that my hair need not be straight but could be allowed to curl. This gave my hair significantly more texture and body. I was very pleased with the change.
