The stylist didn’t listen or understand my request at all, although I’ve specifically communicated my needs. I’m disappointed and regret I’ve spent 112£.

Olga was Sooooooooooooooooo Amazing and did a Perfect and Superb job at cutting my long hair into a short pixie style!! She was Sooooooooooooooooo Gentle and gave me a Lovely Massage!! I highly recommend her and I highly recommend the Arcana salon!! Everyone in the team is Soooooooooooooooooo Lovely and do everything to a high standard!! I look forward to going back again!! :)

We had such a great time this morning. I ahve never seen bigger s.ile on my daughter's face after Jess finished with her hair. She said she look like princess. And I came out like a new woman. We both loved it!

Always a pleasure visiting Arcana and today no exception. Friendly welcome, seen early and great service from the junior who washed my hair to Becky.

Olga did a wonderful job with my hair, and she was very gentle throughout the process. I went in to have my hair trimmed, as I had mid-length hair, and Olga suggested a shorter, layered cut reaching my shoulders. It was exactly what I wanted. I love my hair now; it is very manageable and I am delighted with the results. When she washed my hair, it felt like a spa experience because she was so gentle. There was no rough brushing, and she detangled my fine, dry hair with great care. I am writing this review with genuine happiness and highly recommend Arcana Hair Winchester.

Jess has been looking after my hair for over 10 years, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. She is always professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She gives great advice when it comes to choosing the right hair colour and has amazing cutting skills.

Olga has cut my ultra-short hair about 5 times now and it’s always a lovely experience. She’s consistently produced a very precise cut which I’m over the moon with.
She’s also very pleasant to deal with, are as all the other staff members I’ve met.
I’d definitely recommend her without hesitation.
