Always a pleasure visiting Arcana and today no exception. Friendly welcome, seen early and great service from the junior who washed my hair to Becky.

Olga did a wonderful job with my hair, and she was very gentle throughout the process. I went in to have my hair trimmed, as I had mid-length hair, and Olga suggested a shorter, layered cut reaching my shoulders. It was exactly what I wanted. I love my hair now; it is very manageable and I am delighted with the results. When she washed my hair, it felt like a spa experience because she was so gentle. There was no rough brushing, and she detangled my fine, dry hair with great care. I am writing this review with genuine happiness and highly recommend Arcana Hair Winchester.

Jess has been looking after my hair for over 10 years, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. She is always professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She gives great advice when it comes to choosing the right hair colour and has amazing cutting skills.

Every time I leave the salon, my hair looks and feels fantastic, and I feel so much more confident and polished. Jess really understands what suits me and always takes the time to make sure I’m happy with the result. Thank you, Jess, for taking such great care of my hair over the years! ❤️

Olga has cut my ultra-short hair about 5 times now and it’s always a lovely experience. She’s consistently produced a very precise cut which I’m over the moon with.
She’s also very pleasant to deal with, are as all the other staff members I’ve met.
I’d definitely recommend her without hesitation.

She is an absolute professional from start to finish she delivers outstanding service in everything she does from washing to drying to styling and today with taking out my old tapes she made sure all the glue was out of my hair before styling fabulous service

I popped into the salon to see if I could book a last minute make up session for a friends Cival ceremony- the girl on the reception desk was very welcoming and managed to fit me in at the same time as my friend. This was the first time I have ever had a makeover and I am very happy with the result - the girl doing my makeup asked relevant questions and the result was u estates but impressive, just what I had asked for - would definitely recommend

You are always in safe hands with Arnold. He listens, advises and you come out looking and feeling great!

I booked an appointment at Arcana after hearing about their excellent reputation, and my experience with Izzy completely exceeded every expectation! She is one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever had.

As someone who usually gets quite nervous about salon visits due to my anxiety, she instantly put me at ease. Beyond being incredibly kind and welcoming, Izzy was highly professional and constantly checked in to ensure we were aligned on exactly what I wanted. She did a phenomenal job with my balayage, toner, cut, and blow-dry.

The salon itself is a beautiful environment, and the entire team is wonderfully client-focused. For the incredible level of service and the stunning results, the price was extremely reasonable. For the first time ever, I walked out of a salon feeling truly beautiful. It’s the small details and the amazing care I received that made this experience so remarkable - I will definitely be back to see Izzy again!

Arnold has been in charge of the best care for my hair now coming on for five years. The team at Arcana are always lovely, always well looked after.

I have had Arnold cut and colour my hair for at least 3 years now. He has always listened to exactly what I want and has always over delivered in quality. He always makes sure my hair is exactly what I ask for but doesn’t sacrifice the health of my hair. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Really nice lady that did my hair however, after getting home my husband gasped and went wow that’s patchy! And it really is ! Feel like it was very rushed and I am very upset.
