My Hair stylist was a lovely lady called Olga. She was amazing! From washing my hair to styling my hair - the attention to detail which Olga gave, I could not fault. I look forward to booking in to the Winchester Arcana Salon again and hope to have Olga to style my hair once more. Thank you Olga!

I have been having my hair cut by Jess at Arcana for a couple of years now and she is a fantastic stylist. She always does a perfect cut and Jess and the team are always so friendly and welcoming .

Blow dry today but first I had a treatment on my hair which was a lovely experience. Full head massage and my hair felt amazing afterwards. Always a pleasure coming to this salon.

I arrived to be told my email booking - which clearly stated WINCHESTER SALON - had been booked for Southampton… but it was dealt with and I had my haircut no problem. Lovely girl, friendly and professional. Sad to hear she’s leaving soon though!

Happy with my hair appointment

35 - 40 minutes with hair dye and therefore wet hair in freezing room not something I am willing to repeat. Hair brush with various colours of different hairs...unclean...so I asked for my personal brush to be used. Have been a customer for years but have had enough.

I often go to Arcana for facials and it has really made me feel more confident and happy about my skin. It is one of the best places I have been to Winchester for facials staff are great as well and know what they are talking about. They always use great products for skin as well.

As always I had a great experience for wet cut and eyebrow tint and wax. All the staff are friendly and I am always very satisfied with the results. Staff go out of their way to find suitable appointments.
