I've been with Lottie for over 10 years now. Why do I keep going back every 4 weeks? Because Lottie's team are fantastic & Lottie even more so!

I had my first appt today with Lottie. I was very nervous as I'd decided to embrace the grey hairs coming through and go for a complete transformation from red dye, to a lighter base, and colour. I had a consultation with Lottie initially and she explained clearly what my options were and when decided, what would happen. It was an all day appt. I felt really comfortable with the whole team, who were friendly and approachable. I love what Lottie has done to my hair, and I'm looking forward to the next stage of this transformation. The music in the salon was gentle background music, which was very relaxing - much nicer than a radio station. Great salon and great staff!! Would highly recommend

Kelly was lovely, friendly and listened to what I was hoping to achieve. Even though my hair is very fine Kelly worked her magic and I am very happy with the style.

8 had Marie a new stylist and she did my hair wonderfully colour and style. I always go to Hair Addiction for my hair cuts and styling because my hair always looks good in their hands my absolute favourite place. Customer service and professionalism is at the heart of the way they work. I left feeling happy special and had a spring in my step.

I love coming here for my hair cut as I know the staff are really friendly and experienced. Nothing is too much trouble and there is a really lovely atmosphere like they are a family. Love my haircut cut too

What a lovely experience I had this morning. Becky was great, she listened to what I wanted and delivered. My appointment was on time and I was attended to from start to finish with no sitting around.

Very happy with base colour and highlights. All very friendly. The only thing I must say what was .missing was some magazines

I had arrived early to a busy salon, even with this Kelly directed myself to seat and i was officered a drink right away. i did not wait long for my turn in the chair. Kelly made sure she understood exactly what cut i wanted (to be fair it was developed by her) due to the weather we have been having i wished for a shorter length and this was no problem as it matched the style.
Throughout my time in the chair Kelly was was talkative and we had a chat which made time go quick and to finish off She demonstrated how a product could hold it in place.
I booked my next visit there and then as i was please with the cut and the service. yes you pay a little more but with my experience of the salon and the result, it is well worth it.

I have been going to this hair dressers for years and would never go anywhere else. I temporarily moved to Surrey for a year, but still travelled back to have my hair done - that's how good they are!
Kelly usually does my hair, but if she isn't available, I have whoever is, because they are all amazing! Well done Lottie for having an amazing team!!

Excellent perm by Lottie, so pleased with the results, now 3 weeks on the perm is still beautiful and so easy to manage.

I had a wonderful time at the salon today, I haven't ever experienced a proper salon treatment before. The salon and Jess were extremely friendly and chatty, Jess was super gentle when washing and styling my hair, she discussed every decision with me and made sure to give me the exact haircut and style I was after! I would definitely recommend this salon and Jess and will visit again in the future!

Love my hair. Was very anxious as I have tended to cut my hair myself but, now it is shorter, knew I needed to go to a hairdressers. Jess was lovely and advised me throughout. Will definitely be going back.
