What a lovely experience I had this morning. Becky was great, she listened to what I wanted and delivered. My appointment was on time and I was attended to from start to finish with no sitting around.
Very happy with base colour and highlights. All very friendly. The only thing I must say what was .missing was some magazines

I had arrived early to a busy salon, even with this Kelly directed myself to seat and i was officered a drink right away. i did not wait long for my turn in the chair. Kelly made sure she understood exactly what cut i wanted (to be fair it was developed by her) due to the weather we have been having i wished for a shorter length and this was no problem as it matched the style.
Throughout my time in the chair Kelly was was talkative and we had a chat which made time go quick and to finish off She demonstrated how a product could hold it in place.
I booked my next visit there and then as i was please with the cut and the service. yes you pay a little more but with my experience of the salon and the result, it is well worth it.
I have been going to this hair dressers for years and would never go anywhere else. I temporarily moved to Surrey for a year, but still travelled back to have my hair done - that's how good they are!
Kelly usually does my hair, but if she isn't available, I have whoever is, because they are all amazing! Well done Lottie for having an amazing team!!
Excellent perm by Lottie, so pleased with the results, now 3 weeks on the perm is still beautiful and so easy to manage.

I had a wonderful time at the salon today, I haven't ever experienced a proper salon treatment before. The salon and Jess were extremely friendly and chatty, Jess was super gentle when washing and styling my hair, she discussed every decision with me and made sure to give me the exact haircut and style I was after! I would definitely recommend this salon and Jess and will visit again in the future!
Love my hair. Was very anxious as I have tended to cut my hair myself but, now it is shorter, knew I needed to go to a hairdressers. Jess was lovely and advised me throughout. Will definitely be going back.
