The Green Room

Visiting the area for a couple of weeks and desperately needed my hair cut. I found The Green Room Hairdressers on the internet and went to them because of previous reviews (and their care for the environment) and got an appointment with Paige who is a junior stylist. I was made to feel very welcome. I wanted my hair cut from waist to shoulder. They double checked what I wanted and advised me to go a little longer. After having my hair washed and I was sat in the chair they double checked again and we made a decision on the length. They wanted to make sure that I was making the right choice. On the first layer Paige showed me in the mirror and asked if I wanted to carry on. She was very careful and meticulous in her cutting. At the end she asked her manager to double check the cut. I was really happy when I left the salon yesterday. And today I LOVE my cut. It ended up being exactly what I wanted. I felt that they cared about my decision and the end result. They were chatty and just all round lovely ladies. I would definitely recommend them for advice, care and guidance. Absolutely deserve 5*.

My 10 year old daughter had her hair cut here today for the first time, she was a little nervous but everyone made her feel so welcome and me being her mum waiting. Her hair was cut exactly how she wanted it. Very great price to. Thank you. Booked in again for December ❤️??‍♀️

This hair dresses is amazing the lady think she's a manager spent over an hour going through my girls knotted hair my girl also has autism they're very patient used them a few times now and only ones will use my daughter feels comfortable their will not use nobody else.

I chose this salon because it is part of the Green Collective and recycles most of its waste including foils and even the hair!
I'll go back because I love the cut, they were using me to train short haircuts but I always felt 8n safe hands. Excellent value for money too, recommended!

My daughter recommended this salon after she had had such a great experience. So I booked to have my hair coloured and cut. Faye was a bit nervous to start with but once she relaxed all was good. She kept me informed of what was happening and Was very friendly. Very happy with the result. I will definitely be going back.

Lovely colour created today by Paige @The Green Room… and if ever you want a Stylist that blow drys hair with power and confidence she’s your lady. All the ladies who work at the Green Room are very professional with an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again

Grace was absolutely lovely, she was making sure that I was ok and that I liked the new cut during the whole process. The products they use are lush and the price is amazing! I would definitely recommended and I'll be back for sure

I'm a total convert to the green room- prices are very reasonable and the products are ecological and cruelty free. The service is always very friendly and helpful. Will only be getting my cuts from them from now on.
