First cut here, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful all round. Turned up quite early and seen straight away. Explained very vaguely what I liked and showed Sophie a few photos, from there she helped me figure out length & style, gave loads of helpful styling tips and end result was ridiculous. I had asked for a mens cut and she sincerely listened - ended up better than what I wanted! Hair looks & feels brilliant. Definitely would recommend.
