I a regular customer at this salon and several different team members have cut or coloured my hair over the years. They always listen to what I want and are happy to discuss and do changes to colour or style. On the one occasion I had a tiny grumble about something the salon manager had phoned me before I even got home. He was charming and helpful and immediately dealt with my issue to my total satisfaction. There is a TnG in the city where I live but for this great team I prefer to drive to Southampton to get my hair done ????

In the consultation I had I asked for shorter fringe type thing at the front keeping the layers and length long. The hairdresser instead cut my layers too short and kept the front bits long and I don't like it, I paid £50 for a hair cut I didn't like and bad service from a hairdresser who seemed more interested in what was going on outside.

Carly did a great job. She listened to all of the issues that I wanted my hair cut to address and gave helpful advice. She also suggested products that I could try using to address styling concerns that I have. A very professional and friendly service was provided.

Spot on, great service and great results. Couldn't of asked for more. I'll be back sometime soon.

Absolutely love my hair. I asked Nicky to change it this time and she just smiled and it's perfect. I always feel welcome and relaxed with Nicky and Alex as if I've been going g there for years. Thank you both for making it so nice for me.

My sister had a trial for 'hair up' as she is going to be my bridesmaid in July. Rachel was really helpful & friendly & managed to do a style my sister really liked, even though we didn't have a clue what she should have. Thanks again, she's really happy which makes things easier for me ????

Over the years I have tried numerous ways to grow my hair, sometimes with layers and something's one length. This was my first experience in T&G S'ton, my appointment was with Rachel. She listened to my past 'bugbears' with my hair and from that recommended how she could restyle my hair with layers avoiding the issues that haven't worked for my hair type in the past. Very pleased with my cut- thank you for listening, Rachel.

I had a full head of highlights yesterday, with Brooklyn. She did an absloutly amazing job and I am very pleased with my hair. She took such great time over my hair and didn't rush at all. Everyone was so friendly also. Will definitely be going back again!

Very friendly staff. But cannot say enough to compliment the attention and service i received from jason. Je listened to what style i was looking for, he showed me how to style my hair myself at home. And even after he styled and dried he still cut the finishing touches. Ill never go anywhere else now.

Today I had colour and cut with Alex and as ever, it was brilliant. Colours are fab, cut is great and had some really good advice on how to treat my hair to improve its condition. Thanks Alex, appreciate all you do! X

From the receptionist to the manager I was very impressed. I originally booked in with a senior stylist and on the morning of the appointment I was called to say she had called in sick, but they could offer me an appointment with the manager at the same time for the same price. I was very impressed by how considerate they had been to call me & let me know. In addition, Jason who did my hair was wonderful and did a brilliant job.I have booked in again as I was so impressed.

Nicky is a real expert with color and technique, she is approachable and really listens to her clients. A master colorist and great communicator; highly recommended!

Today i visited t&g for 1st time, normaly i just used local barber or clip it (d.i.y). I very happy with the level of service, welcoming and friendly. Sophie was the stylist and she was very friendly and talked me thru the stages of my hair cut and styling which i found a very nice added touch. A BIG TY to u Sophie for a lovely visit and great cut. Definitely eorth the xtra money and will be visiting again. 5*

My first and last haircut at Tony & Guy Southampton. I was booked with a senior stylist so was anticipating a fabulous cut. I arrived early, the reception staff and assistant were lovely but sadly my experience was a rushed cut with one side that looks and feels unfinished with less layers :(

Sophie was fantastic, she cut my hair exactly to what I wanted & I'm very pleased, the lady who shampooed my hair & the lad on reception were very friendly & helpful, they are a credit to you & I thoroughly enjoyed my experience

I can't fault anything with T&G Southampton.
Simply brilliant service, consistently. Very highly recommended.

I visit Toni & Guy regularly and i never have any complaints. Colour specialist Nicky is always very knowledgeable and listens to what i am looking for and endeavours to achieve it, steering me in the right direction if needed. All the other staff are also friendly and welcoming. Would recommend

A fantastic experience everytime ????

Brilliant I haven't had my hair cut in a while and it was the first time here, everyone was friendly and the haircut was perfect.

I have thick dry and curly hair, quiet challenging to deal with. But Jason knows his job very well and did exactly what I wanted. I could not thank him much for how brilliantly he did my hair! I can't imagine going somewhere else now!!

Hannah never disappoints. I'm always really happy with my cut. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have visited Toni & Guy Southampton several times over the past few months and am always delighted with my hair and salon experience On my first visit, Nicola saved my hair after a disastrous colour at my previous regular salon, and since then I haven't been anywhere else. Nicola certainly knows her stuff and is very approachable and friendly. Today I saw Nicola again, and had a cut/blow dry with Sophie, I am really pleased with what she has done. Assistant Brooke is a very talented young woman and is a star in the making. Will definitely be returning again. The salon is very spacious, clean, modern and has very professional, well trained staff. Also very easy to make an appointment, with lots of opening hours.

This is the only place I ever go to get my hair cut and coloured. Today I had Sophie create a lovely ombré look on my hair which looks amazing.

So friendly!! Love my new hair so much.
