The salon messaged me as they couldn’t do my booking today as the member of staff it was booked with originally was poorly unfortunately. However, instead offered for their apprentice Summer to do my colour. Thanks so much Summer you did a brilliant job, took great care with my hair, colouring and washing it and I wouldn’t have known you were still doing an apprenticeship because it was a very professional service thanks so much! Goodluck with your final exams:)

Great cut and easier to manage style. colour toned down and subtle. Style looks good and I feel great.

My first visit this year and my first appointment with Emma. She listened to my wishes for hair length and style. Very happy with the outcome. Nice to see the salon so busy.

Having recently moved to the area, I was nervous about finding a new hair stylist. I didnt need to worry though, Charlotte is fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with my cut.

Georgie did a fantastic job with my colour, and the experience as a whole was enjoyable. They are consistently friendly, attentive and make sure that you leave a happy customer. Highly recommend.

I had a toner and blowdry by Ruby today and i can honestly say it was the best blowdry i’ve ever had. My hair being naturally frizzy, i was so shocked how smooth it was. Then finished with some curls which are stunning. super happy with the shade too! i shall be back. thanks Ruby🩷xxx

It was the first time I’d had my hair coloured at Toca although I’ve been going there for years for my nails. Chloe was amazing. She listened and nothing was too much trouble. She did a fantastic job so I’m not going back to my old one. Katie was brilliant with my nails too. The service is so good. Toca gets my vote.

First time attending this salon (prev Hedge End) appears much smaller than HE - downside had to drive whereas could walk before! Staff were all very welcoming, professional & really lovely - Georgie did a fab job today, thank you to all concerned.

Chloe was lovely and professional. Very happy with the treatment. I thought being charged for a cut when all I literally had was to trim the ends once my hair was straightened was very expensive.

Great salon experience this morning! Friendly greeting at desk. Wash and hair treatment delivered by Charlotte. A delicious coffee served. And the most important bit - simply a great hair cut and blow dry! Charlotte also gave me hints and tips of styling my hair myself 🤞 for that but!
