From the lovely welcome on reception, girl washing my hair taking great care of me, until I walked out the door.
Every care was taken to welcome me to the salon, James is so professional, relaxed and easy to talk to, and he listened to me, asked me about my needs re my hair, offered advice and guided me, he talked me through every step he was doing and was extremely patient re my many questions about various things and offered me amazing and constructive advice throughout my treatment time. I have never had such a fabulous consultation.
I was so happy with the finished result too, it was lovely. I felt wonderful..

Aaaron is a brilliant hairdresser. Charming. Listens to exactly what I want. The whole experience is delightful. The backwash chairs have massage and are very comfy. The apprentice washed and conditiond my hear and treated me to a head massage.

Great cut by a lovely, talented stylist. Madie’ s aim was to give me the cut that I wanted and she talked me through what she intended to do with each step. She took time to ensure that she didn’t cut more off than I wanted and was very patient as I asked for more trimmage. Her communication skills are first rate. Can’t recommend Madie highly enough.
