Haven't a massive head of hair but I can always count on Emily to make me feel like a million dollars,the salon has a very friendly atmosphere and always busy which says it all.

I love the haircut, honestly not one hair is out of place. I have had two not nice hair experiences recently at other Salons and so was a bit nervous. Brendon put me at ease immediately and now I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Tracy is excellent and generally good customer service but lack of ventillation in the saloon with air dryers and chemicals being used makes it a less than comfortable experience, esp on busy days with no Windows and door closed, given the confines space, be better if that was at least left ajar.

I popped back in to the salon after my hair had been cut by Emily as one side of my hair looked longer than the other. She tided it up. However, I’m not 100% certain that it is the same length both sides. I am waiting for my daughter to return home and get a second opinion.

I have a phobia of hair dressers due to many expensive disappointments but Gaudions were fantastic, they delivered what they promised and went above and beyond my expectations.

As always Brooke cut my hair wonderfully and I had a great time chatting wuth her!

I booked my hair appointment 9 weeks ago as it was the first available Saturday that Brooke had. It was my first visit to Gaudions and Brooke had been recommended by several people. Brooke is a lovely professional hairdresser and it was definitely worth waiting 9 weeks to see her. I went in with very vague instructions just stating I wanted my hair cut no shorter than chin length and no longer than my shoulders. What Brooke has done is Amazing and I love my new hair. Thank you

When you walk in to Gaudions you know your in good hands. A relaxed cheerful personable environment. Which is very important. A great repore with every client. Which I imagine is lead by the boss.

Emily did my hair. She listens cheerfully and doesn't appear to be on the clock. She's relaxed and had a very good way with people this shows intelligence and people skills can't always be learned. She keeps the conversation just at the right level. These skills are so important. Her cuttting is just right and the colouring is brilliant. You feel like your hair is healthy once she's done her magic on your hair.

I've moved from the area and couldn't find these qualities in other salons so now I travel to come to Gaudions.

Brooke has been cutting my hair for several years now and she is consistently brilliant with my cut and colour!

Very good as always. Excellent customer relations and rapport. Welcome, offer of coffee and chair all good. Hair washed well and included head massage. Friendly atmosphere without being imposing. Folow-up appointment booked on date of my chosing
