So pleased with my nails, Ellie did a fabulous job. I'm a nail biter but they look tidy and pretty. Ellie gave me the perfect colour and glitter finish, exactly what I was looking for. She also gave me some great tips to maintain them and stop biting in future, she's really encouraged me to keep them nice. Plus she was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
First time at the salon today. The girls were very friendly and welcoming. Treatment was lovely. Will definitely be rebooking for more treatments soon!

I took advantage of Coco's offer to introduce their new therapist Ellie-May. Having been to the salon a couple of times it's always a nerve racking experience to meet someone new, especially when they are doing a hands-on treatment. I need not have been worried. Ellie-May was warm and welcoming from the first to the last. Knowledgeable in her craft and focused on creating a relaxing experience, whilst also offering advice and guidance about how to get the best from the treatment ongoing.

Lovely customer service but unfortunately the wax was the most painful I have had; skin was not held taut so it took a few tries at one point which was painful to repeat on the same area. Not a thoroughly checked and quality wax either and there was still wax left on by the time I got home which I had to remove myself.
I got my lashes done yesterday & i had the loveliest girl. I do like my lashes but i feel as if they're not really what I was paying for? I've had my lashes done with you guys 1 time before and that time before the lashes looked much fuller & longer which is what i really loved. i like big full lashes. these ones are quite short & are supposed to be mega volumes but don't really look very "mega volume" in my opinion. i also don't know what the lady actually did but as she was servicing me she kept poking my eye and if i moved my eyes around while they were closed i'd get loads of pains in my eye from where it was poking and scratching. i do love my lashes i was just expecting something else :) <3

Had a great pamper experience with my sisters with a massage and gel nails. Fantastic massage, felt so relaxed afterwards and then got some pretty sparkly nails.

Today I had a lovely manicure and pedicure at the Rowlands Castle salon. Nothing was too much trouble and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I now have beautiful fingers and toes and will definitely be back.

Just popped into the new salon in Rowlands Castle for an eye lash tint, eye brow wax and eye brow tint. The new salon is lovely and the staff are very friendly as usual. Great to see coco's expanding. Highly recommend.
