I had such a lovely experience with Elle. It had been a long time since my last haircut and I was having a bit of a change. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I’d asked for. The appointment felt really relaxed. The salon had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere too. I’m so pleased with my hair and it feels so much healthier. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Elle and the salon.

Had such a lovely experience! I had a cut and finish and she was so precise and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She was also so lovely and welcoming throughout. I’m really happy with how my hair turned out and would definitely recommend!
I love my visits to Arcana and each time leave feeling pampered and transformed. Each member of staff is warm friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. My curly hair is better now than it has been for years and I'm now in a routine of regular cuts. Having curls often means you dread a cut but Bev just ' get it' and does a perfect job every time. My first visit to the Romsey salon and to the group: warm welcome at the desk and stylist Beverly was professional, helpful, understanding and restyled my hair sympathetically . Ambience in the salon calm without hectic music so I was happy. Moderately pricey haircut but i think was worth it
