My hair was a mess! Lorraine gave my hair a lovely massage with shampoo then trimmed my hair followed by a blow dry perfectly. The whole procedure was so relaxing and enjoyable. The coffee was good too!

I came in for a consultation on Wednesday regarding my very unhappy colour situation (done elsewhere.)I felt entirely confident in the confident, knowledgeable and reassuring way what could be done to correct it was explained - really important to me after my previous disappointment with a hairdresser elsewhere.
I left the consultation with an appointment booked the following day - so relieved it would be done before an important social event this weekend.
When I arrived to have the colour done Halle greeted me and was fully informed and all set to do what was discussed.
I left the salon delighted with what Halle achieved- restoring my hair to just how I like it - thank you so much.

Lorraine took lots of time - as always- ensuring perfection!

So I decided to try hair extensions by Emily . Never had them before but Emily gave me enough information to decide what was best for my hair . And the end product gave thickness to my fine hair and you would never even think I’ve had extensions ! She matched the colour perfectly . Anyone wanting hair extensions then Emily is your girl !

The whole team at William Guy are extremely welcoming, it’s a lovely environment to have your hair done and I always feel like a valued customer. Kat is my stylist and she’s always bright and cheerful, it’s never too much trouble to discuss any colour questions I might have and she’s on hand to help me decide what to do with my hair if I’m unsure about anything. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
