Have been going to William's for 20yrs+. Normally I have Lorraine but as she had to go somewhere, I had Kat. She was very pleasant & made a good job of cutting my hair.

Always enjoy my couple of hours of pampering. Staff so friendly and helpful and cheerful. Good at sensing whether you want to chat or sit quietly. Very welcoming. Great advice and knowledge too on your hair options.

My usual hairdresser is Lorraine, but unfortunately she was called away, so I had Kat this morning who made a very good job of cutting & blowdrying my hair. Have been going to William's for 20years+, always pleased
