This is the second time I have been to William Guy, the first was for a re-style cut from long to wavy (drastic for me!) and with a full head of highlights and this time was for a trim and fresh blonde lights. For me I have always been daunted and intimidated of going to the hairdressers (I know a little silly!). Both experiences at WG have been so positive - not only is Kat friendly and really lovely she is so knowledgeable and so passionate about her work that she instantly made me feel at ease. All the members of staff seem friendly and although it was busy they provided a wonderfully positive service and environment to relax in.

First class cut and blow dry. Always feel great care is taken throughout. Attention from all the staff as soon as you walk in the Salon. Nothing is too much trouble, and everyone makes sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.

Always a lovely experience

I’ve been seeing Kat for around 4 years now and really enjoy each visit. Great colourist and she is always on courses keeping up to date with the latest trends. Never any problems and everyone makes you feel very welcome. Love the new addition of Wills new baby Humphrey too! Highly recommend.
