Soooo good to be back. After 4 months I really needed a cut but I had taken the opportunity to grow into my grey And really appreciated Will not trying to talk me out of it! I’ll live with it for a while before deciding on a little ‘help’. Great cut as always and we even managed a catch up on gossip! Thank you Will and everyone.

It’s been a while, lots of differences of course , still great service and much needed colour and cut in a safe environment. Don’t know why they can’t serve coffee in disposable mugs, not allowed I understand. Weird rules

Amelia did an amazing job on my hair, she was thorough and made me feel very relaxed! The salon still had a lovely atmosphere despite the current climate and all the staff were maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness.

I arrived with 18 weeks of hair growth, looking like a tramp. I left with immaculately cut hair. In about 30 minutes the transformation was magical.

This was the first time Emily has cut & coloured my hair, I am really happy with the end result. She was very pleasant & took her time & care through the whole appointment.
I have moved to W&G after 11+ years with my previous hairdresser.
To say I’m a happy customer is an understatement.

I have been going to this Salon for over a year now and it is such a fabulous place to go and get your hair done. Everyone makes you feel like you were the most important person to walk through the door and nothing is too much trouble. Rheann is just a fabulous stylist and instinctively knows exactly what would work for me and my hair and produces fantastic results every time.

Very professional, enthusiastic and a good salon experience.

I’ve been completely enamoured by my experience with William Guy, from calling last week and being spoken through the process, to being given a free 30 minute consultation. When I turned up today Jess listened to what I wanted and discussed my hair and what I do with it styling wise. She then managed to fit me in to have it cut straight away and I love it!! And Jess curled in for me just the at I wanted it. I can honestly say it’s the first time I’ve come away from a salon and not wanted to re-style my hair myself. I felt listened to and feel I got exactly what I asked me. Jess gave me some great tips for styling it myself at home and I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks.

Such a lovely salon. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed and if you’re lucky you may get a cuddle with the gorgeous little doggy ?. I have been here for years but was still super apprehensive about having a colour. Jess really listened to me and came up with the the most perfect solution for me - I love it! You are made to feel part of the salon community the minute you walk in. Georgia, salon Manager, is brilliant and all the staff are so welcoming.
