So pleased with my hair today, Millie gave me a lovely hair wash/massage and toner, very relaxing. Chloe then cut and restyled my hair, brilliant as always, a great experience and such friendly staff!

Jasmin was lovely - i was kept waiting for 20minutes and my hair cut took less time than that. Long hair, sprayed with water - cut and I left with damp hair. For this I paid £50 -
Never go there again - rip off - charged for a wash cut and blow dry - i just had the cut!

I love popping Francesco’s to get my hair cut. I have curly hair and have always struggled to find a stylist who not only listens but is able to deal with my hair.

Kiera is such an amazing stylist, I always leave feeling confident and happy. It’s taken me the best part of two decades to find a great stylist I’m trilled.

The atmosphere and staff are always welcoming, and the salon is spotless. I’ve recommended Francesco’s and specifically Kiera so many times to my friends and colleagues.

Salon was busy and Chloe was 15 mins behind but I still left on time after colour cut and great blow dry. Very satisfied customer.

Thank you, my daughters loved having their hair done. Lovely cuts on both curly & straight hair with face framing. The watermelon spray for curly hair de-frizz was a gorgeous scent. Millie was amazing and made the girls feel special.

Excellent salon experience as always, starting with a relaxing luxury hair treatment, great cut and bouncy blow dry from Chloe just how I like it. Interesting chat about colour options too, which I have now booked. Perfect!

Hayley is so professional, clearly knows her stuff and you feel in really capable hands (I shouldn't tell you though because then she will be even more booked up 😆)
She is so easy to talk to, I actually look forward to spending hours in this place (great coffee too, bonus)

Dan did a great jiob cutting my hair. It looked really goid just what I wantrd. Very pleased & of course always enjoy the hair wash & head massage.

Dan is always cheerful caring and I am always happy with my hair cut. Always takes great care cutting my hair and advises on products etc.

Brilliant experience today with Keira for me and my daughter. Im a regular and my hair got the trim it needed. Keira was especially good with my young daughter who was a bit nervous about getting her hair cut. Keira did a lovely job trimming and styling her hair and she will look forward to her next appointment.

I’ve always been delighted with my hair by Dan, but this time just wow! I wanted to go lighter after having low maintenance hair for 6 months and my hair had grown so much. He more than delivered what I wanted, with lighter look and a gorgeous shape and I’ve never felt happier with my hair, I finally have the hair I’ve always coveted
