Staff are always very friendly and welcoming with smiles. They are happy in their work and work well as a team. Nothing is too much trouble. They make clients feel relaxed and we always want to return.

S is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. It is a pity that large companies do not take the trouble to offer an excellent customer service as the staff always do at Transition. I haven’t had a facial in a long time and this just felt so relaxing, I felt I was treated and looked after so well. My therapist was very knowledgeable give me some very useful information and tips that I can take home and use already booked my next treatment.

I've coming to Serena for massages for years now and she is the best! Tired stress-knotted back, neck and shoulders get the healing benefit of a vigorous Swedish massage, which which also manages to be deeply relaxing at the same time. Serena is knowledgeable, highly experienced and attentive, with magic hands!

The salon is large, clean and airy. Everyone was very friendly. The pedicure was so relaxing and left my feet looking and feeling wonderful. Great choice of colours for the nails and all the hard skin was dealt with. Thank you for a lovely time!
