Debbie made me feel relaxed and confident knowing that she was going to do my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them. Debbie talked me through the whole procedure before and during plus, gave excellent suggestions proving her years of experience is nothing less than excellent. Highly recommend this lady and her crew! I could not be happier with the results and looking forward to being in her company again for my follow up appointment.

Bella was understanding when I said I couldn't have toenails painted as had to go to work so she booked me in for following day

This was my third massage here and with Koren and it was, again, fabulous! The massage was much needed and as always, Koren asked what sort of pressure I needed and it was just right.
The massage was part of a package of four which I received as a Christmas present and I can’t wait to have the others.

Excellent treatment. Best salon wax used and no scarring afterwards. S explained the reasoning behind the Saturday closures and this gave me a much better understanding of why this was occurring in the New Year. Thank you very much. I do hope the salon recovers from the Covid pandemic in due course

Fabulous Christmas Nails - really loving them

I had a wonderful experience at Transitions and highly recommend it! I visited following a recommendation from my Mum who had also had a massage there and felt very well looked after.

From the moment I arrived, everyone I encountered was so lovely, friendly and polite. I had opted for a back, neck and shoulder massage as I’d become very tense and knotty from my recent work commutes and this definitely helped. I honestly didn’t want the massage to end! Koren was great - talked me through things but also knew when to stop talking and let me relax and enioy the ambience. She also was excellent at using the right amount of presssure and checked it was okay too.

I found the massage to be very good value too.

Located in the heart of Fratton, it’s very convenient for public transport.

Highly recommend and can’t wait for my next appt!
