Amazing back, neck and shoulders massage by Serena. She really listens to the customer's needs and always delivers a great, relaxing but invigorating massage which makes you feel wonderful throughout and afterwards.

After moving to Portsmouth I was unsure on where to go to get my eyebrows done. Transition has 5 star reviews (and I can see why!) and the woman on the phone made me feel at ease and confident that this was the right place to go. Serena is so friendly and focussed on what I wanted, making sure I was happy with the end result. I‘ve booked my next appointment already and will be recommending them to everyone I know.
